Very nice hotel. Most convenient to the Cherokee Valley River Casino. Warm and comfortable inside with the snow falling outside. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff was pleasant and friendly. Enjoyed the stay very much. Will definitely stay there again.

Hotel appearance on outside was good but inside needs alot of updating. Beds were not comfortable and breakfast was very very minimum to choose from. The location was the best thing going for them and being close to restaurants. The staff were eager to assist customers with all their needs.

We also stayed in May 2024 WE WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!! As a hotel you should hold to a standard of cleanliness and making sure that your hotel doesn't have bugs! You as a company should be more responsible. Do NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

Stayed there 1 night.. and later come to find out we brought back bed bugs. Its the only place we have been . Had company over and everyone got bad bites. And now its gonna cost hundreds of dollars to get rid of them DO NOT STAY AT STONEBROOK LODGE.

We found this hotel and we are so glad we did. Great room. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Bryson City. Quiet and well appointed rooms. It was staffed by knowledgeable people. The view from the front looked over the town.

We were in Macon and decided to go to Murphy. We read great reviews about Stonebrook Lodge, so we decided to stay for a few days. We were not disappointed in the place. The staff was AWESOME and helped us with directions to a few things to go see. It was quiet which was really nice, because the hotel before coming to Stonebrook was very noisy, I have no doubt we will be stay there again. Highly recommend staying there. I am not complaining but I wish there would have been some kind of fruit available for breakfast. Other than that the place was great.

We stayed 3 nights and were very pleased with our room. Large ,comfy bed super clean !! The women at the front desk were very friendly. Overall hotel very clean and well kept. The only complaint is the breakfast... or I should say lack of... 1st 2 days minimal selection of pre packaged items... and Friday much to our delight there was help in the breakfast area super super nice woman who was making waffles lol.... And she had everything nicely arranged.... We would suggest fresh fruit might be nice if that was available and possibly a few more breakfast items.... We are looking forward to staying again we have family in the area...

This place is a great family owned hotel we’ve stayed here about 4 times in past year and it never disappoints. The employees are very nice and great at customer service. The rooms are good sized and always immaculate. Can’t wait to visit again!
