We traveled with a sports team for an event and many of us stayed in this hotel. We stayed for three nights and paid well over $500. While we were there I tried many times to contact the front desk with my concerns, but nobody would answer. There was only one person working at a time and they were overwhelmed. I finally reached someone and was told the manager would not be there until after I had left, so I was put through to his voicemail. However, it was FULL so I could not even leave a message. I emailed him and it has been 5 days not with no response. There were so many problems besides the fact that it simply was absolutely filthy. Only one elevator worked and it was incredibly slow. The other was broken. We booked this hotel in order to have a washing machine, but it was broken. We had to go find a laundromat to wash the uniforms. Many of the rooms had similar issues, but I will just write about mine. There was food crumbs on the floor, long black hairs on the sheets, white substance splattered on the curtains, holes in the desk chair, toilet paper shoved into a hole on the wall by the lightswitch, food residue and crumbs in and around the refrigerator, the coffeemaker was broken, the hairdryer kept falling off the wall, the toilet leaked, and the bathtub was dirty.....so dirty that dirt ran down the drain when we first turned it on. The workout room was truly filthy. There were hairballs in the corners and mold. The equipment was so dirty you could write on it. There were food crumbs all over. The water cooler was broken and only lukewarm water came out. The treadmill belt was splitting down the middle and separating. A large piece of it fell off while I was on it. It truly is a hazard and someone is going to likely get hurt. I have documented pictures of everything, but I am having a hard time getting them to load. I am at a loss at to what to do.....we spent so much and I want a refund! It was a horrible experience!
