Experiencia inmejorable. La situación del hotel, aunque no está en el centro, tiene una parada de tranvia donde la línea 19 te deja en el centro en 15minutos. Tiene estación de metro y tren a 10 minutos caminando. La linea de tren S8 te deja en la estacíon cerca del hotel desde el aeropuerto, con lo cual los servicios de transporte te comunican con toda la ciudad y estan al lado del hotel. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas, con vistas y grandes ventanales. El servicio inmejorable. Cabe destacar el personal de recepción que aunque no hablan español se esfuerzan por entenderte y el servicio del comedor excelente, tanto Suzanne, como Fabio, que es español nos trataron de maravilla. Compensa reservarlo con el desayuno, ya que un cafe en cualquier cafeteria te cuesta 5 euros y la bolleria por igual de cara. Un 10!

Love the building, design and the location (the physical / hard part). The soft part (people), more efforts required. They misplaced 1 of my luggage and I need to beg them to find it (as if I was lying that I have 3 begs). They pushed me around, asked me to go and ask ”that guy at the door” and asked me to go to the luggage storage room even after I clearly described my beg (not with a typical colour). And apparently, the beg was at the reception behind the counter. Wasting 1 to 2 hours.

La atmósfera es maravillosa, el personal es muy amable, se siente bienvenido inmediatamente! Las habitaciones son bonitas y el desayuno buffet y el mapa nocturno son muy deliciosos. Estoy seguro de volver!

El hotel está en una buena ubicación. Está justo enfrente de la estación de ferrocarril central. La habitación es limpia. El desayuno es excelente. La miel en el hotel es una de las mejores mieles que he tenido antes.

I seldom give bad reviews to the service staff because no matter in which country the service staff is hard and will face a lot of unfriendly guests. But this time in Westin made me feel very bad. Total three days of breakfast, first day because I went with my dad and I could see well with my baby. The second day dad was too tired to join us. I was the only one to babysit a one year old baby. While I was ordering tea with the waitress, she accidentally knocked over the milk and spilled it all over the table. But the first thing I did was apologize to a lady server and assisted her in cleaning it up. Of course it was not clean as new. When we went back on the third day, an older male waiter came over to chastise us before we even sat down, presumably meaning that he had soiled the dining chairs yesterday and told us to sit in the baby chairs. I stated that there was no problem and apologized again. Surprisingly he shrugged it off and left without bringing me the baby chair and without serving me tea. You can imagine how embarrassed I was. The person who came to enjoy the service was scolded. That wasn't enough. This time I was with my dad and the baby wasn't creating extra trash and I could make sure the table was clean. The way normal polite people would bring it. The man ended up coming back to chant as we were leaving and kept saying we created trash.????? You didn't have a single crumb from your meal? If you don't want to serve customers, you have the option of changing jobs. Several other lady waiters were very friendly. What was a very good impression of the hotel was ruined by this one person. We will be going to Munich often but are not going to choose this hotel again. No one wants to be stared at by a mean person while eating breakfast.

Really enjoyed my stay at Louis Hotel. Location cannot be beat by any other hotel in the whole of Munich. Room was really really really beautiful furnishings. The bed and bedding was really luxurious. Minibar was inclusive which is nice and makes one enjoy the room even more. Front desk could be more friendly though, perhaps more training on being more genuine as at times the smiles were really forced, but that could be a Munich thing, dunno.

La ubicación del hotel es buena, enfrente de la puerta está el jardín botánico, hay niños jugando. Detrás de un pequeño parque se encuentra la Universidad Técnica de Munich, que es muy grande, hermosa y completamente abierta. A unos cientos de metros del hotel se encuentra Karlsplatz, ya un corto paseo se encuentra Maria Square, conveniente para ir de compras.

No hay nadie en Munich o el hotel más lujoso de Alemania. Incluso si reserva a través de un tercero, aún puede identificar su membresía y disfrutar de los beneficios de la membresía. Experiencia de hotel impecable y perfecta.
