This hotel is coveniently located not far from the university but other than than that there is little reason to go there. In fact it is rather crummy. The corridor leading to my room was dark - the bed in my (single) room may fit a 10 year old which I am not and the bathroom needs renewal. The hallway outside my room was fark - breakfast hardly more than average. Service was far from setisfactory.

I always stay there Practically, I have everything Great location , very clean , very nice team , breakfast is there , fans in summer are ok , wide rooms are available, minibar is a great option safe and comfortable to manage your stay very well and price is affordable I thank Ulrike and all the team for their performance and warm nice welcoming and will see you again Magdy youssef

This hotel is really great. Though , it is a small one, But you feel home. Warm environment, great team , very clean , very helpful staff , near to Underground,bus stations, many restaurants around and very safe too. I don't change this hotel in Munich and I thank the whole team for such great stay Magdy Youssef

Excellent, convenient, affordable, old-school hotel. Handsome appointments, well-restored, nice antique vibe. Hotel desk staff are--as is ubiquitous in Munich--competent, efficient, and wildly polylingual. High-celing'd rooms (no a/c, so bring a fan), excellent free Euro-style breakfast buffet. Very convenient walking distance to LMU (university) quarter in one direction, and Marienplatz in another.

Das Carlton München trägt einen klangvollen Namen, der aktuelle Zustand des sympathischen Hotels wird diesem aber nicht (mehr) gerecht. Mag sein, dass die Ausstattung und die Qualität der Zimmer unterschiedlich sind. Unübersehbar aber ist, dass alles sehr abgewohnt ist und dringend renovierungsbedürftig wäre. Man wünscht das Beste…. Positiv: die ausgezeichnete Lage, der freundliche Service und die (für München) moderaten Preise

Ein herausragender Aufenthalt im Hotel Carlton Munich! Das Hotel bietet nicht nur eine erstklassige Lage, sondern auch einen exzellenten Service und komfortable Zimmer. Das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit des Hotels waren Erstklassik. Ich kann das Hotel Carlton Munich nur empfehlen und freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Besuch!

Останавливался в этом отеле ранее каждый год. Это удобный отель в центре города. И в этом году остановился, но понял, что зря. Все изменилось и не в лучшую сторону. Сантехника уставшая и плохо работает. Шум с улицы мешает спать, даже если окна во двор. Лифт стал работать шумно - грохочет так, что среди ночи слышно. Завтраков больше нет - выперли с работы сотрудников, а новые "в очередь не встают". В неприятной форме порекомендовали пойти за угол в шаверму поесть. Капец.
