The hotel’s restaurant staff was very lazy slow and unprofessional. The room pricing were changing so quickly and increasing so fast when we wanted to book for another day! Other than that, everything was good!

Hotel facilities were basic, clean and modern. New restaurant opening soon so there'll be food options. Had a few issues, but resolved quickly and the staff are great, really accommodating especially the manager imtiyzas. Would recommend if you'll be in and out! bonus close to the international airport without the noise!

Best location and great hotel to stay at. We were given a room opposite to taj and what a view from the room. We had great stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast spread was awesome. Highly recommended.

Nos alojamos por 13 días en una suite ejecutiva que no da al mar. La habitación es como un apartamento de una habitación. Muy espacioso con una cómoda cama y un bonito sofá. También contiene dos televisores, un escritorio agradable y un monoplaza muy agradable con una otto *** y una mesa de café. La limpieza y el servicio diarios eran excelentes (pasteles y chocolates gratuitos todos los días). El vestíbulo del hotel y el restaurante Bay View son simplemente espectaculares. El buffet de desayuno era muy bueno con una amplia variedad de platos indios y continentales. El bar Geoffrey's es ideal para relajarse después de un día de turismo. El personal del hotel fue infaliblemente amable y servicial. Lo único un poco decepcionante es el área de la piscina en la azotea, que parece estar diseñada para funciones más que para relajarse. Sin embargo, la piscina en sí estaba muy limpia. La ubicación del hotel es, por supuesto, maravillosa. Justo en el famoso Marine Drive. Está a solo unos minutos a pie de la estación de tren Church Gate y hay paradas de autobús justo enfrente del hotel. Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia y recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel boutique.

No está mal, aunque la habitación individual es bastante pequeña, pero es aceptable vivir solo. Los taxis prepagos sin aire acondicionado desde el aeropuerto cuestan alrededor de 660 + 70 (peajes, no sé si estaba en boxes). Desde el hotel, uber al aeropuerto es 500 + 20 (propina). Nunca encontré la entrada principal de este hotel. Todos procedían del pasillo del hotel Trident de al lado. ¡No fue hasta el día de la salida que la entrada principal del hotel estaba en el primer piso negativo! Fuera del hotel está ”Yuebanwan”, que es muy animado por la noche. Si el aire es bueno, aún puedes correr. Camine hasta la Puerta de la India durante unos 20 minutos, hay todo tipo de ruido en la carretera. No hay supermercado cerca del hotel, pero hay Starbucks y McDonalds, y también hay un cine. El desayuno del hotel sigue siendo bueno, a la carta + buffet pequeño, el servicio es bueno.

What a beautiful property this is. Wonderful experience was at hotel. Very good staff very good rooms. Food quality should have been better. Otherwise property is at prime location

To be honest, I booked 2 Days before arrival for 08-11JAN25. There was nothing less 100 USD per night in Colaba. With my booking I was requesting a room with Kingsize bed on a higher floor. I got a Twin Room on lower floor! After complaining, the Manager Lady gave me a King Bed Room - but still 3. Floor! Guys, don't live on that low level at all! It was noicy all day and all night! Just between 02-05 AM I could sleep a bit! I think. lower then 6. Floor there is no daylight, no quietness and no chance to open the windows! No View of course (especailly no sea view as mentioned in the hotel description here)! At the end I enjoyed it a bit, cause most of the time I was outside Hotel anyway. A Hotelroom should be a heaven of peace, comfort and quietness! Last night both of my neighbor rooms where occupied with locals (men). I was in the middle! Talking, Drinking, cooking Rice and clapping the doors permanently! Crazy! So, be careful guys when booking this Hotel! Even its New (just 1 year old now)!

It was a good stay the staff is wonderful helpful soft-spoken the breakfast includes alot of variety. The food is tasty specially dinner. Only drawback that the rooms are extremely small u dont get a proper space to keep your suitcase.

Hotel is located next to metro hence has really good connectivity, staff is very polite, humble and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. I didn’t get chance to eat there but will do that next time i visit.

Превосходный отель, в трех минутах от Ворот в Индию, в пешей доступности от всех знаменитых достопримечательностей. Нам достался отличный чистый номер на втором этаже, небольшой, со всеми удобствами. В номере есть чайник, вода пополняется каждый день, есть чай, кофе в пакетиках. В ванной комнате хорошее наполнение косметических принадлежностей: шампунь/гель/бальзам/лосьон, шапочки для руша, маленькая расческа и наборчик из пилки, лейкопластыря и ватных шариков и палочек. Персонал хорошо говорит на английском, очень доброжелательные, бесплатно и без проблем заселили в 9 утра, спросили во сколько будет удобно выехать. Мы сказали в 14 часов и они без всяких вопросов с удовольствием согласились. Просто превосходное отношение к гостям! Завтрак понравился, жарят свежие яйца на любой вкус, а так же разнообразный стол: много сендвичей с овощами, индийские блюда, превосходный сыр (в том числе плавленые пластинки), вкусный кофе из кофемашины, свежевыжатый соки! Отель однозначно один из лучших а этом районе!❤️
