«Hotel facilities were basic, clean and modern. New restaurant opening soon so there'll be food options. Had a few issues, but resolved quickly and the staff are great, really accommodating especially the manager imtiyzas. «Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Нам достался отличный чистый номер на втором этаже, небольшой, со всеми удобствами. В номере есть чайник, вода пополняется каждый день, есть чай, кофе в пакетиках. В ванной комнате хорошее наполнение косметических принадлежностей: шампунь/гель/бальзам/лосьон, шапочки для руша, маленькая расческа и наборчик из пилки, лейкопластыря и ватных шариков и палочек.
Персонал хорошо говорит на английском, очень доброжелательные, бесплатно и без проблем заселили в 9 утра, спросили во сколько будет удобно выехать. Мы сказали в 14 часов и они без всяких вопросов с удовольствием согласились. Просто превосходное отношение к гостям!
Завтрак понравился, жарят свежие яйца на любой вкус, а так же разнообразный стол: много сендвичей с овощами, индийские блюда, превосходный сыр (в том числе плавленые пластинки), вкусный кофе из кофемашины, свежевыжатый соки! Отель однозначно один из лучших а этом районе!❤️»

I asked 4 times to get the schedules through email but that email never came . Be careful cause the security at swimming pool is just like a decoration cause everyone can enter without having the room card to the swimming pool area by just jumping in while some clients are entering. And maybe there is a collaboration with the staff because actually in such beggars clothes how can they pass unobservant even the main door of the reception of the hotel! They have strict policies about cancellation which normally all the other marriotts of the world have..specially with clients who have diamond and travel genius highest level as vip clients .they dont consider that they stayed the entire week 7 days and it can happen that the last day some unpredictable work thing can happen. The 24 /7 service is just a fake thing cause if you call at a normal 10 pm the person's who ll pick up the phone after a LONG wait they still make you wait for the next morning for the concerned person to come and ask. They say ”we ll call you back but that call never comes” .

AAS8The room was a perfect blend of modern elegance and comfort, with every detail meticulously thought out. The king-sized bed, dressed in the finest linens, was incredibly inviting and provided a restful night's sleep.
The spacious layout of the room allowed for a separate sitting area, complete with a plush sofa and a state-of-the-art entertainment system. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of the city skyline, making it a pleasure to relax and unwind in the privacy of the suite.
The marble-clad bathroom was a highlight, featuring a deep soaking tub and a rain shower with premium toiletries. The double vanity, equipped with ample lighting, made getting ready a delight. I especially appreciated the heated floors and the luxurious bathrobes that added an extra touch of comfort.
Service was impeccable, with housekeeping ensuring the room was spotless and well-stocked at all times. The attention to detail extended to the small touches, such as the nightly turndown service, complete with artisanal chocolates and a selection of pillows to choose from.
Overall, my stay at Taj was nothing short of exceptional. The room was a sanctuary of luxury and tranquility, making it the perfect choice for anyone looking to indulge in a first-class experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a blend of opulence and comfort in their accommodations.

DDr Kevin RamdhunI reached early morning 3.am , I explained to the reception staff that I had a long flight connecting South Africa - Mauritius and Mumbai 31 hours and if I can get an early check-in , the staff namely Archie was fantastic , she asked me to rest and offered coffee , she managed to accommodate me , the staffs hospitality was excellent and the environment very friendly, my luggage was misplaced at the airport , the staff was compassionate and great .. excellent service and great hospitality . I will always stay there when I am in Mumbai not forgetting that the breakfast was awesome with a wide range of choice ..

KKusalka HerathMy stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly.
A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience.
That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience.
While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.

UUsuario invitadoService and food was excellent. Check-in and check-out was very smooth, despite a small hiccup in combining my two bookings. Best breakfast buffet I've ever had in a hotel, and the service during dining was impeccable. Hotel room was lovely and just perfect for me. Despite being near the airport, due to road congestions it was slightly inconvenient.
Overall, I had en enjoyable stay and will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Mumbai. Also, this stay has made me have a positive outlook on Novotel and will look into booking them as my preferred stay in other cities too.

The hotel's exterior facilities look okay, but the hygiene is very poor, the sheets and quilts are not clean, and the contact has replaced a new one, which is not good. The sofa has mold in the corner, the whole guest room and hallway are moldy smell, will not come again, cheap is really a problem.

I’m a backpacker from USA & took me a while to find a good hotel in Mumbai, since it was my first time visiting this amazing city. Every hotel had bad reviews or highly expensive.
So I decided to pick this one and hired a taxi service, (which you could do on this website.) The hotel is a drive down south from the airport in Colaba. The location is perfect. It’s down the street from the famous Taj Mahal hotel so how could it get any better. A short walk from all the touristy spots. It’s perfect.
The hotel felt very safe. There’s security that watches over you and the rooms are on the second floor. There’s a front desk and everyone there is kind and helpful.
The room is very clean, no bugs, no dust, good ac, little candies and a perfect shower. Perfect pressure, perfect hot water. They have tea, coffee and unlimited water bottles.
The breakfast is the best part. Don’t skip out on it! They have a lot of options from Indian to western & everything is made with care and love. The breakfast might be the best part :) idk who the chef is but he/she did a wonderful job.
Okay, so no more searching and stressing! Book this hotel, it’s a winner!
