Low standard cram rooms toilet seat acts as a shower seat bit disappointing

Good experience. Do not expect big rooms, its mumbai and moreover you are looking hotel in fort area then you will have to compromise room size. Overall good stay, i would recommend to book the hotel since all the tourist places are in nearby vicinity.

My experience was extremely disappointing. The room provided had a faulty door lock, which was a serious security concern. Additionally, the air conditioner was not working, making the stay very uncomfortable. Despite raising these issues with the hotel staff, no proper assistance was provided. Since the promised facilities were not delivered, I request a full refund for my booking. Kindly process my refund at the earliest. I look forward to your prompt response.

This feedback could have been given as excellent, if the following things are corrected. It was mentioned that there is a room service for the food as there is no restaurant. This is perfectly fine, while the person who delivered the food to the room asked for 50 rupees service charges, that too were not correctly calculated and was asking for more. Paying 50 rupees is not a problem when there are 3-4 thousands spent on staying, but then what is the limit to this? hotels need to ensure such malpractices are not entertained in the office when making a tie-up with a restaurant. Essentially that menu card could have appropriate markups added while printing. I think a pleasant hotel stay counts for all these things.

Horrible hotel that breach personal data protection and make up their own rules that is neither written in the booking terms or any indian laws/regulations. In the end we were refused to check in at 2am in the night and had to find another hotel. Recommended everyone to stay far away from this hotel if you have a sliver of concern about your data privacy.
