This hotel is a big scam. Supposed to be 5 star. But the experience does not even suit a 3 star. Specially their house keeping service. It sucks. We occupied Room No 502 on the 5th floor. 1. They are too stingy when it comes to replacement of toiletries. No shower cap. No body lotion. No shaving kit. Only one dental kit and shower gel for occupancy of three. Our stay was for 4 days for triple occupancy. However very few toiletries were replaced, that too after repeated requests. 2. On the last days of our stay, not even a single bath towel was kept in the room after house keeping. When requested on call, they didn't respond for half hour, after which we had to go to the reception personally and request for towels. 3. Replacement of tea coffee sachets was a similar nightmare. They would oblige only after repeated requests. 4. The room key was another terrible experience. Every day the room key card would get disconnected. We had to go down to reception from the 5th floor and get a fresh key card . No intercom/telephone on the floor to contact housekeeping or reception. 5. The telephone service in the room disconnected on the day of our arrival. It wasn't repaired for all the 4 days of our stay. 6. The room rates and the cost of food at restaurant are exorbitant and unreasonable. Only the rates are 5 star. everything else sucks at this Hotel. Sincere advise. This has been our worst stay experience in years. Please do not opt for this hotel. Its a scam.
