Zostel Mumbai

Zostel is in close proximity to terminal 2 that makes it a convenient option for those who are visiting Mumbai for a day or two. Affordable option for girls those booking the dorms, however the rooms can seem little pricey for the basic amenities. Location is great.

the receptionist lady in morning shift , she is so so so rude & dumb. she don't even know how to talk to someone. She is very bad mouth. I had worst experience with zostel mumbai, I had been many zostels around the country But she is the worst receptionist, I have ever witnessed

I usually don't leave reviews, but this time I can't leave silently. We traveled around India for a month and stayed in various good places, Zostel was recommended to us and we decided to stay there. we booked a room for 4,000 rupees per day, and when we arrived at the place, it turned out that the room was different from the real one. it does not have the windows as stated in the photo. We were very tired after moving and were ready to turn a blind eye to it, but we still went to the reception to politely ask about the availability of another room with windows. The guy at the reception was very toxic, sarcastic and not helpful at all. passive aggression and laughter, which I did not need at all at the moment of extreme fatigue after the road. it was terrible. he also did not help with Wi-Fi, although it was necessary for work. when we asked if we could use the coworking space, he again sarcastically said: you should work there, and not sit and chat, otherwise they will take you out of there . By the way, only my friend needed the cooking room and wanted to silently work there while I was outside Drawing conclusions, the worst impression was left by the staff (specifically the guy at the reception), he was rude and unfriendly. and this was not 1 day, but all three. it was awkward and unpleasant to come up and ask for something, it spoiled the whole stay in the hostel The *** at the reception, please, find new job or study the basic things about service. I stayed there on this month 10th somewhere.i really a cool place.i done my mumbai solo trip.choose my stay in here really i enjoyed.main thing is affordable,safe and convenient dorms.they focused on the hygiene and well maintained.nice

I had an awful experience with Zostel in Mumbai. They canceled my booking without any prior notice, despite me having paid in advance. The management is incredibly incompetent, and the lockers are a nightmare. To top it off, they carelessly dispersed my belongings. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Additionally, I had initially booked a 6-bed dorm room, but upon arrival, they placed me in an 8-bed room
