Everything was so good .

A good experience when you need a chill break. Food and services were commendable. Will definitely recommend staying here. Hygiene is properly maintained and sanitation is good. Clean rooms ***** with clean premises and good view at night.

Things I liked: 1. Hotel staff behaviour is excellently good 2. For those coming to BKC/US Embassy/Passport office, this hotel is so nearby 3. Restaurant food taste is very good 4. The restaurant staff, especially Dinesh, was taking care of guests very efficiently 5. Room wifi speed was good enough to have video calls on Teams 6. Very prompt house keeping team 7. Although small, but very cleanly maintained hotel. Every direction you look, demonstrates cleanliness Things I didn’t like: 1. When I checked in, I was given room 704 which was super small without any sitting space. In my booking, sitting place with desk was mentioned. When I reported this to reception, they told me hotel is fully booked & no rooms are available. Then I mentioned that its their mistake that they assigned me the wrong room. Then they moved me to another room with desk and chair. Due to this I had to wait more than an hour as the new room was not cleaned & the room got ready after 4pm. 2. A hotel with only rooms, restaurant & bar in a standalone small building/house, Rs 14,000+ per night (including tax) is overpriced. At this price, you get at least a decent 5 star (non resort type) hotel room 3. The surrounding of the hotel feels like near a slum 4. Front desk mentioned, they have only 1 vehicle for pickup n drop. So, if one guest books that vehicle, you will have to arrange your own transport. Front desk although mentioned that they can book an Uber for me 5. Since, its a Lemon Tree hotel, my expectation was quite high, but after reaching the hotel, I felt that in no way this hotel is in par with Lemon Tree standards
