Private: garden (fenced). In the house: WiFi, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket, restaurant 500 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Rudi Preimel" 290 m. Gondola lift 16 km. Nearby attractions: Barbarossaschlucht 1 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Goldeck 16 km, Mölltaler Gletscher 30 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Millstätter See 15 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. 2-room house 75 m2 on 2 levels. Partly with sloping ceilings, cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 bed, 1 double sofabed, dining table, satellite TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Small kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC. Heating. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room with sloping ceilings, without wardrobe with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Natural stone floors. Barbecue (portable). Facilities: children's high chair. The house is quite far from the cable car, approx. 16 km, well-located ski room, boot dryer. Very nice hostess, but she only knows German. My daughter has a little English
