我們從大慶過來，提前聯繫了酒店諮詢停車問題，客服耐心告知我們怎麼找地下車庫，車庫停車方便，師傅們態度熱情周到，自帶了蛋糕忘記帶打火機，客房服務人員小夏及時幫我們解決了問題。
總體感覺設施完備，環境整潔乾淨，出行方便，入住很滿意👍

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at.
Though comparable with most of my experiences with hotels at about this price point, the service was excellent and amenities were pretty decked out not to mention the pretty reasonably priced room service foods.
During my stay, I got an upgrade to a suite from a king bed because they were out, so I was really happy they did that, room service was also good although the staff didn’t speak good English, I still ordered with no problem.
The room itself was spacious, decked out with amazing decor and amenities. The room was spacious (because of the upgrade) and pretty new with exceptions as the TV which is understandable.

燕麥粥非常好喝而不是燕麥片，牛奶玉米是純純的牛奶煮的玉米，牛奶有了玉米的味道很好喝，木耳炒平菇，木耳大肉厚，不愧是東寧黑木耳第一品牌。
需要説明的是房間無餐巾紙、瓶裝水等飲品均收費，馬桶坐墊收費，頭一次遇到，不知道老闆的想法。從其它方面看酒店老闆是一位很有品味，物品講究質感，一次性但不廉價。總之，值得體驗。

酒店位置超棒，出門沒多遠就是雪鄉的核心景區，步行幾分鐘就能一頭扎進銀裝素裹的夢幻家園。不僅能輕鬆欣賞到各種精美的雪雕，還能隨時參與熱鬧的民俗活動，真的太方便了。
從前台辦理入住時的熱情接待，到幫忙規劃遊玩路線，工作人員的服務都無可挑剔。入住期間，有任何需求他們都能迅速響應，還會貼心地提醒早晚温差，提供暖寶寶，讓人心裏暖乎乎的。
房間佈置得温馨又乾淨，床鋪柔軟舒適，一躺下就能睡個好覺。暖氣超給力，在外面凍得瑟瑟發抖回到房間，瞬間就被温暖包圍。而且房間裏的窗户視野特別好，拉開窗簾就能看到外面美麗的雪景，簡直太愜意了。
早餐種類特別豐富，有粥 雞蛋 拌菜 燒麥 核桃包，滿足不同人的口味需求。食材新鮮，每一口都吃得超滿足，開啟活力滿滿的一天。

OOLEGОчень удачное расположение отеля для моей поездки. Одна остановка автобуса до вокзала, одна остановка до парка Бэйшань. Рядом большое количество ресторанов и супермаркетов. Очень приятно вечером гулять по району. В номере всегда чисто. Приятное оформление в холе отеля. Вкусные завтраки, которые оказались включёнными в стоимость проживания. Окно номера выходили на тихий двор, утром шум улицы не мешал. Персонал отеля всегда отзывался на все просьбы и помогал во всех вопросах. Единственный недостаток по проживанию это то, что в номере нет чайника, и в холе нет титана с горячей водой. За горячей водой для чая приходилось спускаться с термосом на стойку регистрации на первый этаж. В остальном от проживания в отеле остались самые хорошие впечатления. Отель буду рекомендовать друзьям , и я сам намерен останавливаться в этом отеле в следующую поездку в город Муданьцзян.

LLiaotian_La ubicación del hotel es muy buena para el estacionamiento. Durante el viaje a Rusia, el coche se estacionó en el hotel durante unos días. La habitación es muy grande y las instalaciones son muy buenas para vivir con más comodidad. Hace varios días que el río Xifen también es muy bueno para jugar y ver muchos lugares, aquí tiene una buena experiencia de juego.

🏠 La ubicación del hotel es excelente. Hay supermercados, farmacias y restaurantes abajo. No lejos es el famoso lugar de la Plaza de la imagen de Lenin y hermosa estación de trenes de construcción, monumento al final del ferrocarril de la Sibiria.
🧑🤝🧑 La actitud de la recepción del personal es profesionalmente seria. El inglés es fluido. La recepción es amigable. Los extranjeros presentan pasaportes y tarjetas de entrada para hacerse cargo rápidamente. (Porque la ley rusa requiere un nombre real en línea, la recepción también nos ayuda a conectarnos a través de la autenticación de teléfono 👍🏿)
🚽 El amplio espacio de la habitación es brillante, limpio y limpio, y el diseño interior y exterior es delicado. CCongbuyouyuEl único hotel de tres estrellas del río Xifen está situado en el centro de la ciudad y las atracciones alrededor son muy convenientes. El hall está en el octavo piso del edificio, puede registrarse 🇷🇺 El viaje de cuatro días de Rusia en el mar de Xifeng, abajo es un barrio comercial, el desayuno está en el 16o piso. ¡El precio es muy alto!

DDicky OngThe location is excellent and is about just 100m from where the bus stops. It is situated within the central street where all the actions are. The room was clean but basic. The view from the wndow of our room was simply gorgeous - picturesque snow mushrooms. Staff were very polite and helpful. The young man at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. He suggested what activities worth doing, and made all the necessary arrangements for us - transport, tickets and etc.. At his suggestion, we therefore visited Datudingz Mountain and Snow Valley - the two must visit places when staying in Snow Town. He also helped with the arrangement of our transportation to Harbin, our next stop.
Coming to the not so good, we paid a 5 star price for a 2-star homestay type accommodation. While this is understandable, as the hotels here operate at most five months of twelve, during winter only, the amenities provided could be better and be better maintained. There was a foul strench from our toilet throughout our stay. Accessories were loosely secured due to wear and tear but should not be the excuse of leaving them.unrepaired. Disposal towels rather than proper towels were provided. These were thin and insufficient at drying the whole body. Also, there was only one piece provided per person for a two night stay, so no daily fresh towels.That said, I guess that most or all of the motels in Snow Town are of that state. Hopefully, this review will encourage some improvement.
