Isabella Suites

I was super grateful to the hotel management since I booked for the wrong dates and is not only that they checked on me, in addition they changed the dates and kept the room for us, super kind, I wasn't expect it. As for the location we took a car for rent and it was easy to park nearby the hotel, no problem at all. The room was amazing, everything was clean, new, a lot of things disposed there for us, such as maps, flyers, coffee, soap, etc. I really recommend traveling to Malta and for sure if accommodation needed Isabella Suites is a such a nice place to stay at a super convenient price and lots of services that you cannot even imagine until you arrive there.

My room was really spacious and really gave the wow factor. I stayed for 4 nights in January so I found it cold at night. There wasn’t a spare blanket or duvet in the wardrobe so the next day I asked for another one by email. I couldn’t get the heating to work. It took a while for a response so luckily I walked past a room that was being cleaned and the very friendly helpful cleaner came and gave me an extra duvet. I was pleased to find a hairdryer in the room but for some unknown reason it had a 2 pin plug not 3 why leave guests a hairdryer with a plug that dosent fit the countries plugs!!? It took a few messages back and forth on the WhatsApp chat until Priscilla put an adapter plug in my room. Whilst I was in the cafe the next day another lady was also complaining about the hairdryers plug. I found it hard to sleep as a lighted emergency sign by the door stays on all throughout the night. What would have made the stay better if there was a room information book including Wi-Fi code, opening times of the cafe & when a receptionist is on site. The hotel is in a great spot for exploring Valletta and nearby buses and restaurants. All in all I did enjoy my stay and having the cafe downstairs was really handy. Nicely designed new apartment with kitchenette as well. Near to supermarket, Airport and Valetta, Silema. Great support from host over whatsapp. Lift in the building. Cafeteria also available on ground floor. Stayed 4 nights this week. Would stay again here.

The room was lovely - very spacious, clean, and well-equiped. Although we booked a Standard Suite, they still equiped us with good kitchen utensils and crockeries. The hotel even provided us 2 adaptors which were really really helpful. Room was cleaned everyday. Location is very good, 5-8 minutes walk from local bus stops. Overall 10/10 experience

We stayed in this fabulous hotel for 4 days, during which we felt very, very good. Spacious apartment with a very comfortable bed in which we slept wonderfully. Spacious bathroom with everything you need. The staff I interacted with were very kind and competent, especially Era, who very kindly answered our questions about Malta. Everything in the apartment was almost new and very clean; I benefited from daily cleaning.

My little family of 3 stayed 3 weeks in Isabella Suites in January, since we’re waiting for our appartment to be finished. The hotel is really clean and new. The rooms are huge and comfortable. The staff at the reception are dedicated. So friendly and always with a smile. Always thinking along to find a resulotion. The whatsapp service 24/7 is just a top notch service! The location is perfect, you can walk to the promenade for nice views or do some shopping. The street where Isabella Suites is located is quiet, so no noises by night. I will definitely recommend Isabella Suites for your stay in Malta! P.S. The Cafe for coffee and sandwiches is so lovely. The staff are little sunshines :)
