Royal Nozha

We had a lovely Family holiday at Royal Nozha! I spent quite a bit of time reading reviews before deciding to book and can say that the good reviews match up in reality, we didn’t want to come home and wished we’d booked for longer than 7 nights! Highlights - as everyone refers to the staff from front of house, waiting staff, cleaners and especially the animation team are all friendly and helpful! The animation team make a point of saying hello and stopping for a chat, reminding you of what’s going on and making you feel part of the fun when you do join in an activity! My daughter loved Gi Gi at the kids club! By the end my daughter thought she as part of the animation team, we bought her a personalise T-shirt which she loved! Food was lovely, plenty of choice, local food was delicious, still lots of options if you are fussy! never seen so many beautiful desserts! Drinks were great, beer was nice and cocktails ok although super sweet and way too easy to drink 🤣 I wasn’t as much of a fan of the white wine but the red was lovely! Hotel itself was lovely and very clean! Rooms were great, yes bath/shower a bit outdated but functional and do the job bearing in mind you’re hardly in there! Air con fab, comfy beds, balcony and no noise (we were at back/side). Pool great fun, they allow inflatables and sell them in the shop near the pool. Sunbeds, always seemed to be enough to go around, although yes ppl do get up to put towels down, but there were always one or two spare and I also noticed a load of beds stacked up on the side. Beach is stunning, we didn’t sunbathe down there but visited the beach bar daily for a drink/snack, sea is lovely and if you’re lucky you may see a true or two! if you go early before staff arrive properly be prepared for people selling to come up to you, a polite no and it’s fine! If you are interested in trips etc speak to the animation team as they will sort stuff for you, we didn’t end up doing anything as we loved being at the hotel so much, but there’s camel ridding, quad biking, boat trips etc. I also visited the bar inside the hotel daily for a nice space to cool down, it’s very peaceful quiet in there and there’s an outdoor patio which is private and away from the crowd. My husband used the gym daily, it’s very basic and in an outhouse near kids club, you get key from reception, it does go missing sometimes and they only have one so having more than one key would be an improvement! He also had a 30min massage very reasonable! Entertainment was brilliant, they are a small team but all very talented, couldn’t get over the dancing, they also get some visiting performances like drag and belly dancing. We got a private transfer to and from airport to save a bit of time. We also got some souvenirs from local shop to the left of hotel, buy things that have clear prices!! Was the perfect place for mixture of fun and relaxation! Thanks to all the staff for making it such a great place!

Just returned home after our 3rd visit , let's start at the beginning.... Arrival - Check in was easy , always very welcoming and a nice welcome drink , we had lunch before going to our room . The room- JUST PERFECT Clean and cleaned daily with clean towels and bedding. Staff are very trustworthy. Our room was 2025 with a pool view . If you don't want noise I recommend you ask for not a pool view . Tea and coffee and some toiletries . No milk but ask at the bar and they will give it you- JUST PERFECT Food - If anyone moans I recommend you don't visit tunisa . There are no issues with the food at all. Enough choice to please everyone. Lamb chops, beef steak prawns , shrimps ,whole sea bream chips mash , rice . Vegetable skewers, cauliflower cheese leek gratin , pizza station pasta station , traditional Tunisian dishes . Delicious salad bar with cheeses and Continental meats . Desserts to die for and the best ice cream I have had and selection of fruit daily . Breakfast is absolutely fine fresh omelettes , fried egg boiled eggs toast yogurt fruits coffee tea fresh orange juice . Lots of improvement in the dining area and again - JUST PERFECT pool area - Towels are a cost of 20 dinar but you get this back . The pool was like a warm bath , it's clean and lots of sun beds , however my only moan would be that there needs to be a rule about people reserving beds and not using them . It's pretty much the same wherever you go .Some people were getting up at 5 am and reserving beds this is not my thing and we went to the beach every day . Late afternoon people do move so you can get a bed then. - NEARLY PERFECT. Beach . Lovely beach and very peaceful, no issues with sunbeds , very private and lifeguard and security very helpful -JUST PERFECT Snacks - Snacks on the beach are burger chips pizza , pancake . Up near the pool it pancake panini and pizza all very good+ JUST PERFECT Drinks - nothing to moan about and if your not happy buy some off the plane and take it with you . Staff are happy to fill your glass with spirits and cocktails are fine , larger good . They had a cocktail night by the beach with an up beat violinist, this was really lovely. In the bar hibiscus there is a singer outside on Sunday evening this is really romantic.JUST PERFECT Entertainment - It's all good then the staff are amazing and truly work hard . JUST PERFECT Staff - seriously they are all perfect and will do anything to please you just ask and don't complain, nothing is too much trouble . They have made our stay very personal and made us feel very welcome . JUST PERFECT We have already booked for next July and can't wait to return . Oh yeah , the weather was reaching 42 degrees some days , guess what , JUST PERFECT .What more could you want , perfect staff perfect food perfect weather and overall absolutely perfect . We spent 10 unforgettable days at the Royal Nozha Hotel, and the hotel deserves all the praise and highest marks in every sense. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable furniture, extremely clean. The food is varied and very tasty, and the beach and beach bar are absolutely beautiful. We especially want to emphasize the kindness of the staff, everyone is professional, helpful and smiling. The hotel has a good and very dedicated animation team, which tries very hard to ensure that the guests have a fulfilling time and have fun. We would like to express our special thanks to our waiter Faicel Khraifi, who stands out for his professionalism and kindness, as well as to the beach boys - the security guard Tesni and the lifeguard Faycal. Big greetings to all the staff and absolute recommendation for the hotel!

This hotel wasn’t for us, very small, no sunbeds around the pool they were all taken, food was horrendous, we requested a transfer after one day

Best hotel experience I have ever had by far!!!!! The staff are incredible, we came last year and came back just because of how lovely the animation team was. Upon arrival they recognised us and greeted us with great love. Honestly when planning our holiday for 2025 all we could think of was Royal Nozha all because of the lovely friends we made with the animation team. They supported us all holiday and made us aware of everything happening during the day. I reccomend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in tunisia, I plan to come back again and again due to the atmosphere the animation team created this holiday. My holiday would not have been complete without them. After not having a holiday in 10 years they mean so much to us, thank you for creating so many memories.

Stay at hotel 11 nights ..very helpfull staff & management at reception desk...nice and clean facilities,rooms comfortable & clean 👌 thanks to cleaners they do perfect job...also I would like thanks the kitchen staff is well as they play important roles at the hotel...The food was excellent..The bar tenders staff at the bars very professional doing very good job for their guests 😀 👍...The life guards been very friendly and helpfull at pool & beach looking after the quest..also I have to mention the Animation team .. Mido,Amin, Simo,Nadder,Gigi, Doussa.as they did very good job..keeping quests occupied with lots of different activities since morning till afternoon like French balls, water gymnastics, darts, water polo etc. We love them everyday ❤️ evening shows wich been 💯 excellent 😀 😊 and last I would like to say thanks to our security team of boys which been carrying for our security 24/7 at the complex..Can't forget also Mr.Jardin the gardener which care about the palms ,flowers,olive trees 🌳 lawns..and very helpfull Mr.Shokri.. We would like to say Thank you all...you made our holiday fabulous 👌 and unforgettable..all staff like one big family 👪 Thank you ...julius
