My stay at Nahrawess was nothing short of a disgrace. The food was not only of poor quality, but caused actual illness — a serious health risk no hotel should ever expose its guests to. This alone would have been enough to raise concern, but unfortunately, it didn’t stop there. The majority of staff were very inattentive, discourteous, unpolite like they are not doing a service no attention to the client, clearly lacked training or any form of professionalism. Even more disturbing, I personally witnessed a staff member attempting to steal from a guest’s handbag. That level of misconduct is beyond unacceptable, and reflects a shocking failure in both management and basic ethical standards. Rooms were poorly maintained, service was sluggish, the mattresses were infested with bed bugs and not once did anyone take responsibility or show the slightest care for the guest experience. For a hotel that claims a four-star rating, this was appallingly far from the mark. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking here. This establishment does not value its guests, nor does it meet even the minimum expectations of safety, service, or hospitality - disgusting this hotel should not operate under a 4-star label until it undergoes a complete overhaul.
