Club Marmara Hammamet Beach F

The hotel is VERY old and miss many employee. First we got absolutely unacceptable and dirty rooms, after very loud complain, we got rooms on the base of the human standard. There is 2 positive things. Food and stuff. They are friendly and smiling, especially guys in the sisha bar. Rest is terrible. Beach is dirty, nobody is cleaning the umbrellas and beds there. Air-condition was working only on the rooms and between 16:00 and 6:00. Rest of hotel, including restaurants are HOT AS HELL, including lobby. Wi-Fi is working very badly. There is no refrigerators in the rooms, you cannot even pay for it, becouse they dont have enough. Quality of water in the pools are terrible, dirty.

From the beginning there was a problem with the acomodation of the room, we asked several times for the replacement of dirty bedding, but we still got dirty bedding/pillows as in the pictures. Shower overgrown with dirt and remnants of previous guests. Hotel mainly focused on French very big problems with communication in English.In the restaurant tablecloths changed every 2 days it was hard to find a clean table. We understand that the hotel is a 3 star hotel but hygiene standards should be maintained

Hotel stary, brudny, na każdym kroku czuć iż chce sie podróżnych naciągnąć, jedzenie jedynie sie broni bo nie było najgorsze ale ciągle takie same, wieczorki i inne atrakcje po francusku, NIE MA 2 RESTAURACJI ANI 3 BARÓW (Tui kłamie w swojej ofercie) jest jeden bar przy basenie (załączam zdjecie) i jedna ogólna restauracja. Hotel zapytany o pozostałe 2 bary powiedział, że nie uruchamia baru w lobby bo nie opłaca sie, a bar na plaży porwało morze i nie ma, a dwóch restauracji nigdy nie było.. brak internetu w lobby. Jak jest się szczęśliwcem (trzeba okolo 5 rano czatować w lobby) to można po kilku dniach sie połączyc, inaczej w ciagu dnia TRAGEDIA (nie ma jak dać znać bliskim, ze "żyje się") połaczenia i sms oczywiście baaardzo drogie. Polecam wycieczkę na saharę ale trzeba uważać na "klątwę faraona". Sam hotel to standard mocno afrykański (3.5 gwiazdki to nie nasze europejskie 3,5 to jest szczerze mówiac 2 europejskie) Brudno na ogół, stołówka czy sztućce i szkło widać, że brudne, na barze do wyboru ze 4 miksy "drinków" , obok odstraszający zapyziały ekspres do kawy. Jesli jednak sie ktoś zdecyduje to jedynie plaża i natura ratuje tu sytuacje (jest pięknie i ciepło) a reszta to porażka za te pieniądze. Szykujcie sie na napiwki WSZEDZIE ZA WSZYSTKO Nie polecam da sie w tej cenie w europie cos dobrego znaleźć, nie jest to warte odwiedzenia.

Nice staff, especially animators, waiters and cleaning ladies. Cool animations. Fresh linen every day. The best hotel in the area. Beautiful beach next to the hotel. Wide selection of food. Everyone will find something for himself. Special thanks to Uncle Simou.

Staying at this hotel was a big disappointment. In no case would I recommend this hotel to anyone. In the description, you say that there is a restaurant and several bars in the hotel. In words 1 bar that worked and we stood forever in endless queues for drinks. Just appalling service. As for the food, the management probably saves a lot, because we ate the same food all week. Turkey or beef pieces in the same sauce, if you can call it a sauce. I'm not even talking about fruit - yellow watermelon and dates for breakfast, yellow or red watermelon and peaches for lunch, yellow watermelon and grapes for dinner. Just no choice. Pastry old. Only when the locals came for the weekend, everything was fresh and there was a selection of food. Sandy beach? You forgot to write in the description of the hoel to write that they dumped construction debris on the beach, which has been lying there for years. It is not safe for children and adults to go into the water without shoes. Animation programs with the words "0" - neither in French nor in any other language. Max. evening mini-disco for children, but otherwise nothing at all for adults. So the whole week is boring, boring, boring. If I have to compare, for example in Hotel Samira Club category 3* they had a large selection of food and fruit, several bars, an animation program all day and evening for adults. And the price is even lower than at the Hammamet Beach Hotel. So for me this holiday is a big disappointment. In addition, I will never go on any tour with the Blue Style travel agency again.
