El Mouradi Beach

We were welcomed on arrival by a very professional Reception Team, our room was beautiful with a view across the Infinity pool and beach. The room was recently refurbished and very clean with everything that we needed. Table staff were very attentive with a good selection of all foods at all meals. The infinity pool and bar area were clean and well maintained with easy access to the beach and sea. Nothing has been too much trouble for the staff, with a very friendly Animation team Panda and Ava who would stop to chat and give us weather updates! Shout Out to the bar staff ...who quickly learnt our favourite drinks.

A excellent hotel comphy rooms and amazing staff Possibly the only criticism is the food was sometimes a bit cold . Well worth the long transfer time . Think this should be made more clear when booking. But is well worth it .....................

Had a fantastic stay at One Premium Resort, we travelled as a family of 3 myself my husband and our 19 year old son. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome, the reception staff are lovely and very helpful. I have to make a special mention to the entertainment team Spider and Panda who were exceptional and kept us all entertained as well as being knowledgeable about the surrounding area, by far the friendleist entertainment team we have had on holiday. All the staff waiters gardeners were so polite and friendly, would definitely go back 😎

I throughly enjoyed my stay at One resort, the staff are so beyond helpful & will do anything they can to make your stay as great & comfortable as possible. They have food available at all times 24 hours which was fab for when buffet wasn't quite what we wanted. The brazilian restaurant was 10/10 I can say this was the best food i've had the whole trip!! The selection& service was amazing! The swim up room was also very clean & hygenic, cleaned everyday & kept very well maintained. Overall our stay was amazing & very glad we picked this hotel!

Amazing hotel staff so helpful, brilliant Animation team big shout out to Panda and Spider they were absolutely brilliant making our experience 5*. Amazing resort for adults and couples nice and relaxing only downfall is the swimming pools are freezing we had a swim up room and was never used due to the pool being so cold, overall our holiday was brilliant and could not fault the friendly and amazing staff highly recommend, hygiene and cleanliness is great

Really nice and relaxing hotel, staff can't do enough for you. Animation team was amazing big shout out to kung fu panda and spiderman. Cleanliness of the hotel was really clean. Big variety of food in the restaurant and the Brazilian restaurant was on point.
