This is an older home and it does not have a central AC unit throughout the house. However, there is a portable large AC unit installed in the living rooms main window. There are fans throughout the house. *Queen Air mattress is available *There is a room in the house that is off-limits. It is completely locked. It is my personal room when I go and stay there. This room is not available to anyone. *No access to the basement.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:No Smoking or Vapping IN THE HOUSE.
