"The location is the only good thing about property, it's nearby sunset point and nakki Lake. The manager and staff aren't cooperative, they assigned us rooms that were different from what we had booked, and when we questioned them, they were arguing and asked us to adjust in lower rooms or cancel the booking in itself. As it was already late for us, and we wanted to explore the city, we had to compromise. The photos added in Google maps and MakeMyTrip are very old, the building looks entirely different now."

"We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Very good location, calm and sweet environment. Everyone had a great time. We celebrated New Year's Day here. This property is amazing. We had a great time with our frndz. We enjoyed the campfire the food and the folk music. There are some good things here and some bad experiences. The good things first, The staff is very nice. Except for a few things. The food is delicious, whether it's dinner or breakfast. I would give the food a 5 star rating. The rooms are very clean and nice. Now, there are a few things didn't like. There are some staff members who work only for tips. It seems the hotel doesn't pay them. A waiter named Girdhari Singh is one of them. He wouldn't give us any space at all, listening intently to our conversations. He wouldn't leave until we gave him a tip. He even sent us his contact number, saying, "Let me know if you need anything." As for his manners, forget about English, he doesn't even speak Hindi fluently. Sometimes we can't understand what he's saying. He only cares about the tip. The rest of the hotel is very nice. We had a great time, and give it a 5-star rating."

"Never Ever visit this Hotel. All Reviews are Paid and hv been written by their own people The owner acts like DADA . He do Dadagiri for money. They say check out is at 9 AM and evn a minute more is chargeable. He charge 4000 for Half Day, and his half day is till 1 PM. When you ask for explanation he raises his voice and Do dadagiri. After 1 pm he charge Full Day money. I am raising this issue with Mount Abu govt. His hotel needs to be shut down as their is Dadagiri done by owner. Stay, Food everything is Terrible Water is only for 2 hrs 7-9 AM Visit & Stay at your own risk"
