Pathetic experience. First we got booking confirmation from makemytrip so we headed towards hotel but hotel manager did not allow us to stay stating that their policy doesn't allow father and son being gents only to stay at hotel. If their policy did not allow, then how they provided booking confirmation. Hotel is on steep road and i along-with my senior citizen father had to return from there and search for other hotel. It was waste of time, energy and money. Moreover, makemytrip did not refund money yet.

1) no restaurant service in room 2) hotel told for night DJ and at 10 all lights switch off inspite dinner is going on 3) hot water is only available at 6-9 AM how it's possible we came from hours journey but not given . we are at dharmashala? no hot water full day in freezing winter 4) rooms only 2 towel ( same like cleaning clothes) and 1 small soap inspite booking for 3 . no other service like water bottles, soaps, shampoo, tea & coffee makers, no fresh towels
5) rooms staff and manager behavior like we are staying in charity.
6) no single facility provided as asked

The location is nearby to the local market. The staff is humble, the rooms are neat and clean. Food was good and the musical night exercise was the best one.
