The service was very poor. The check in was supposed to be 12 noon ,however, I did not get my room till around 2 PM. The room given was not fully serviced as amenities like tea,/ coffee/ water etc were not replenished fully and I had to ask for same to be topped up. The food ordered was delivered half cooked after 30minutes wait. I returned the food and after 15 minutes it was brought again and had to return as it was still not fully cooked. Ii ended up ordering Domino's Pizza.You cannot call Sterling Mt Abu a 4 star resort. I would be very careful when choosing any further stay at Sterling after this experience. The experience was as if I was staying at a 2 star hotel
