酒店入住率很高，這點看吃早餐時的人流就知道。基本上都是歐洲人。早餐很豐盛，品種比較多。
床衹有1米寬。設施維護得很好，有電熱水壺，吹風筒，衞生間三件套。跟國內一樣，每天還送兩支水。房間還配備了電熨斗和熨衣板。
衞生間乾濕分離，但奇怪的是淋浴間衹有半邊玻璃，另半邊敞開，並沒有門。淋浴時總是有水濺到外面。除此之外，酒店體驗感不錯，我們連住了三晚。

房間大小剛好，很乾凈，打掃及時，前台也很熱情，唯一美中不足的是洗澡的區域沒有完全封閉，但不影響使用。總體來説價格公道，環境奈斯，五星好評。

酒店地理位置不錯，附近有地鐵1.2.5號線，還有到機場的快線火車，因要到摩爾曼斯克轉機，所以選擇了此家，酒店環境很好，服務態度也很好，值得入住

Отличный отель во всех отношениях. Близость метро и центра Москвы. Чистота, порядок, прекрасный, разнообразный сытый завтрак. Уборка номера, вежливость персонала, заселили раньше положенного времени. Всё отлично. Спасибо

Мне все понравилось,до метро и Павелецкого вокзала 5 минут пешком)до центра минут 10-15 на метро,все чистенько и аккуратно,неплохие завтраки)

Останавливались на несколько дней по рабочим делам. Расположение в пешей доступности до Павелецкого вокзала (5-10 минут). В радиусе километра есть несколько точек общественного питания. Отель находится на улице Дубининской. Наш таксист перепутал улицу с Дубнинской, и в итоге мы опоздали на час. Лучше перепроверять.
Из нашего окна была видна стройка, и в 5 утра приезжал «пищащий» при движении назад мусоровоз, который будил нас и жильцов соседних домов. Завтраки приемлемые, но выбор маленький и однообразный. Утром были очереди на завтраке (видимо, недостаточно посадочных мест для такого количества номеров). В гостинице отсутствует кафе или ресторан, который работает в вечернее время. Никакой еды невозможно заказать или приобрести если заселяешься вечером. Единственное, что могли добыть в баре рядом с ресепшеном - только чипсы. Не было даже элементарных сендвичей или вендингового аппарата, хотя 3 сотрудника скучали и дело уж точно не в нехватке персонала. Номер маленький и места для размещения багажа 2ух человек недостаточно. В душевой перегородка не сплошная и не закрывается до конца. Брызги летят вне душевой кабины. На полу образуется лужа, которая никуда не уходит. Если положить полотенце для ног, то оно будет лежать в воде.

Отличный отель. Удобное местоположение (10 мин пешком до Павелецкого вокзала, 2 мин пешком до остановки трамвая).
Чистые, уютные номера (тапочки , фен, гигиенические средства), удобный матрас, 2 вида подушек (помягче и пожестче), ненавязчивый кондиционер, шторы блэкаут. Чайник, чай, кофе, вода ! Холодильника нет . Завтрак хороший, разнообразный шведский стол, с постоянным пополнением блюд .
