酒店非常困難提供居住證明регистрация，需要向預訂網站投訴，然後前台找幫手弄幾個小時，心很累；莫斯科是常常需要臨時居住證明的地方！
各個房間的窗簾都是薄薄透明的，窗簾破的，無法覆蓋窗户，被子黃黃的，有股氣味，廁所很臭，沒有燒水壺，沒有拖鞋，沒有椅子。鐵鑰匙，沒有電梯，隔音很差，大家開門關門的聲音很吵。
平時常住連鎖二星級酒店的人，不建議住這裏。我沒堅持到最後，提前一晚離開了，那一晚的錢，酒店沒有退給我。
