First time staying in Morzine and we loved this hotel. It’s a family run hotel in a great location with easy access to all skiing areas. The staff were lovely and always extremely helpful with any questions we had. Our room was large with a view of the slopes and a sunny balcony. Enjoyed the spa area and pool after a days skiing. The breakfasts were very good with lots of variety, I especially enjoyed all the tea choices and delicious pastries! The complimentary cakes in the afternoon were a nice touch too. No negatives!

We have just returned from our fourth visit to Hotel Champs Fleuris and again had a brilliant stay. As many have commented the hotel is in a prime location right next to the main Pleney gondola. Whilst you can't ski straight from the door it is only a few metres walk to be at the lift and then up to the centre of the ski area and ski school meeting point. Snow permitting it is possible to ski right back to the hotel - either down the blue detour des Nants or Piste B runs or the red le Stade. If you want to ski in Avoriaz the "train" to the Super Morzine bubble leaves from pretty much outside the hotel or the bus to the Prodains Express is only a few more metres walk. You can also walk to the Super Morzine if you want to - its not that far really but feels it in ski boots! Guests are allocated a ski locker in the hotel which is really useful. Whilst the room is small we never had difficulty in getting into our boots without being in the way of others. This year we had two rooms (415 and 416) which were behind another locking door which was great as we effectively had a two bedroom suite. The rooms are very comfortable with plenty of storage space. Each room had a Nespresso machine and we were given two capsules each day which was fine for our needs. The bathrooms were ok but the showers were brilliant, particularly after a day on the slopes with powerful hot water. Downstairs the bar area is comfortable, warm and relaxing and cake and croissants/pain au chocolat are served from about 4pm until 6pm each day. The bar is well stocked and service is prompt from the friendly staff. The food is superb and we looked forward to both breakfast and dinner each day. Breakfast starts at 7:30am (although is available earlier on big departure days) and there is plenty of choice including fruit, cold meats, cheese, croissants, pain au chocolat, wonderful breads and jams to hot eggs, bacon and sausages. Dinner begins at 7:15pm and starts with a buffet which depending on the day includes salads, meats, fish, shellfish as well as themed hot options. To be honest the buffet alone would have probably filled us up. However after that there was a selection of three main courses each evening plus a children's option (which they were happy to serve a large portion of to our 15 year old). After the main course a wide selection of cheeses was available and then finally a daily dessert. If you don't want dessert of the the day then they have ice cream, chocolate mousse and creme brûlée available most nights as well. The wine list is extensive and being the only person wanting wine they were happy to keep an open bottle for future nights. The service provided by everyone was absolutely superb. All spoke good English but equally were happy for us to practice our French. We would highly recommend this hotel and combined with the skiing available and the short transfer from Geneva there really is not much to fault.

This was our second visit to this fabulous hotel for our skiing holiday. The staff are so friendly & helpful being in a family run hotel makes it very warm & cosy atmosphere. The food is fantastic it includes a self service starter & then a choice of three main meal including a meat fish or vegetarian option along with lovely deserts. Hotel spa is perfect after long ski days. Rooms are clean & have everything you need with comfortable beds. The location is perfect right next to the pleney gondola. We will return again without a doubt.

Wonderful stay in this lovely family run hotel. Just a couple of minutes from the centre of town and next to the Pleney cable car but very quiet with lovely garden. Super indoor pool and spa area and the whole place is spotlessly clean. Nice buffet breakfast and the 4 course eve meal with choices was great. All the staff were friendly and organised.

This is my nineth visit to the hotel and it continues to impress. Great ski and village location and a well managed hotel run by the same family for many years. Very good spa and pool facilities and the food is always good. The hotels continues to benefit from room refurbs year on year. As in most of Europe, snow levels at 1000 metres are not good this year but there is good snow to be found in Avoriaz and Switzerland with a little planning via free shuttle buses or a planned ski route.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff are friendly helpful & go above & beyond to make your stay easy comfortable & enjoyable. The spa is wonderful after a full day of skiing. The food was beautiful self service starter & mains were 3 different options of meat fish or vegetarian & deserts were lovely. The snow wasn’t on our side this week but the hotel provided a little shuttle service to take us to avoriaz & even came to collect us after a day of skiing as the normal bus queue was huge. This is a family run hotel with happy helpful staff. Without a doubt I would return again.

We chose our chalet linked to the hotel because it is so close to Pleney Gondola for our ski week. We chose a 3 bed chalet with half board and did not realise how good it was going to be. Chalet first, three bedrooms each with toilets and bathrooms, spacious, drying room, freezer a d fridge. Lovely and added addition of 3 ski lockers. Breakfast was great and all you can imagine from an Alpine breakfast before you ski. Very friendly staff so helpful. Dinner was way above our expectations with a buffet starter set up different every night, three choices of great main courses, cheese trolley to die for, and some lovely desserts. If you couldn't finish your bottle of wine, they left it for you the next night. Swimming pool and spa are also good with a lovely relaxing bar area with kids and adults. Thank You

I have recently returned from a fantastic week at this family run hotel. Literally, a stone’s throw away from the Pleney gondola, you couldn’t get any closer to the pistes. The staff were so attentive and couldn’t do enough for you. Nothing was too much trouble. The food choices in the restaurant were superb and catered for my gluten free needs. The public areas were always clean and tidy. The added bonus to this hotel was the swimming pool and spa, which was great to wind down and relax in after a hard day on the slopes. All in all, a superb stay and would recommend this hotel to all.

This family run hotel was delightful. Our superior room had a lovely mountain view and was spacious, well furnished with spaces for case contents etc. All staff, from reception, through chamber maids and restaurant were so friendly and helpful. There is a lovely atmosphere . Food was excellent. Breakfast had hot and cold buffet choices, plus usual bread, fruit, cereal, etc. Dinner was so comprehensive - starters were always buffet and sometimes themed eg. Asian, Tex Mex. Vegetable soup was always available. Main course had a choice of meat, fish or vegetarian. The cheese trolley was delicious and the staff were able to explain the different cheeses using good English . However they were also happy to let us practise our French. Dessert had one main choice, but ice cream was always available as an alternative. The wine list was extensive and we thought fairly reasonably priced . The Pleney gondola was literally a few steps from the hotel . Lift serviced the ski room if one wished. The bar was cosy, friendly and served cake in the afternoon. A great example of how this hotel goes the extra mile is - they opened breakfast an hour earlier on Saturday as so many guests had early coach connections . They do simply try to think of everything ,
