The lady on arrival is an absolute Jem of a human being, nothing is too much trouble and super friendly. The rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast in the morning is great and you'll really appreciate this in morzine as breakfasts don't come cheap. Location is as good as you get, you can literally roll to the lift. Beers are pricey but so I everywhere in morzine and this is prime location, the garden is a popular hang out and great atmosphere. I'll stay here again.

Well just come back from 4 days staying at the Tremplin with my 5 mates !! Well what can I say the staff are amazing the owners were so understanding !! As we consumed copious amounts of their wine beer cocktails and lost count on the shots department 😜 we had a lot of dancing on chairs loud singing and general tomfoolery at the apres ski party every night 👍 the hotel is cosy friendly homely and bang on for skiing straight in and out ⛷🍺 I’d just like to thank all the staff who catered to our every need !! Sorry about the curtains room 40 we still don’t know what happened there 😬anyway thanks again and look after my wife she’s coming Wednesday on her own for a week👍

I cannot say enough about this amazing place! The lodging, food, drinks, vibe, everything is amazing about this place! Beautiful views of the mountain and just across the street from the main little downtown. If you are in the French Alps, please visit this town, Morzine. The staff is all extremely friendly and the place just has an amazing vibe.

Located at the foot of the slopes Le Tremplin welcomes you with lovely food from local specialties to burgers, meat and fish. It is a unique menu in Morzine! A lunch in a sunny day at their lovely terrace is highly recommended.

Staff were amazing, very helpful,welcoming, polite and super friendly. We couldn’t have asked for more. Location was fantastic, in the centre of town so very easy to get from place to place. I have to say that whilst it was very clean, the room was extremely basic. Bathroom was very dated, circa 1970’s. We paid around £350 for 1 night which at nearly the height of the season, with a last minute booking and with that kind of location is doable. I would probably stay again for the positives already mentioned but this place has so much more potential with a little TLC

- [x] Well actually this isn’t a hotel. After 2 nights we requested to replace the towels in our room. The rude guy at the reception replied they don’t replace towels. We were supposed to use our towels 5 days. Should I continue? No wifi connection in our room, no electricity at the bed, smelly toilet , outdated bath room ……

We arrived in Morzine for a summer cycling break as part of our tour and wasn’t sure if we had the right location when we were greeted by Alex the manager who was beyond helpful and informative on the hotel . His colleague who had extensive knowledge of the mtb routes gave us great advice on routes both sides of the resort- which was a great help. 10/10 Despite the hotel being slightly tired the rooms were comfortable and clean and the breakfast was plentiful. The Apres here is amazing , great vibe and location , reasonable drink prices SND good service from the staff 10/10 Altogether all the staff made our visit very enjoyable and enabled us to make the most of our short visit through their dedication to their jobs . We will definitely return after their revamp next year !

Great location at the bottom of the ski slope next to the cable car station. Really good atmosphere and music. Perfect for a few beers after a day on the slopes. On Friday and Saturday there is a DJ playing a great selection of music. I did not want to leave!

Lovely hotel , perfect location. It is in need of an update , but I think that’s in hand. Wonderful breakfast selection . Hotel staff where so lovely and friendly . What a shame it’s let down by waiting staff in the outdoor area , rude, arrogant , totally unnecessary and awkward . Totally ruined the vibe for us on numerous occasions. Wouldn’t return and couldn’t recommend this hotel even with its upgrade . Wouldn’t be my choice of waiter in any of my establishments, customer service isn’t his thing !
