Telunas Private Island

We loved our stay at Telunas - waking up and seeing the ocean from our bed had to be a personal highlight, the addition of a yoga mat was brilliant. The children loved the team at the kids club who were attentive and engaging and had so much patience. The food was delicious and the chef made special provision for a super fussy child. Peaceful and relaxing and perfect!

Couple of hours only from Singapore, Telunas private island is just paradise. The villas are well equipped, super clean and very comfortable. The staff is so smiley and happy and always ready to make your stay the best ever. The kids club was super fun for our little ones. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. It feels like home but in paradise. The only negative point would be on the food served for lunch and dinner. Would be nice to have more choice for adults. Even though it was really good the buffet option could be a great idea for both lunch and dinner. But honestly overall it was good and we were not starving.

We had a great experience at Telunas Private Island! The staff really makes all the difference. They were professional and personable, friendly and respectful. We feel like we had made friends with them by the time we had left. Shout out to Elfreda, Vincen & Fina! The food was really good and the chef and staff always made sure to adhere to my wife’s food allergy. My wife was super impressed with how amazing the food tasted even while having to withhold certain ingredients. The chefs and team are top notch! The surroundings are very beautiful and the facilities are well-constructed and thought out. Nice dining hall, lounge areas, beach, pier, etc. They have over-the-water villas, but we stayed in ridge villa. It is quite a hike up to the top, but was nice to have that built-in exercise after eating so much! The room was really nice, comfortable and - as my daughter would say - such a vibe! :) We had a beautiful view, nice plunge pool, space to relax, eat and sleep. Bed was big and really comfortable. Bathroom and shower area was big and partially open-air. Great little amenities in the room like insect repellant, massage oil, tea, coffee, etc. Very convenient. We did a massage in the over-water spa and it was great. Several choices of massage styles and the sound of the waves rolling in was really relaxing. Had a special daily activity and several regular included activities. We did a pottery class one day which was fun. They have kayaks and paddle boards you can use, as well as hand-line fishing equipment. We had a blast fishing off the pier, catching a few small fish and having the chef grill them up for us for dinner. We were there celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and we did a candlelight dinner on the beach one night. It was really nice and romantic. This is one place we’d like to return if given the chance. Just a really well-run and well-organized place, with great service as an obvious top priority. Spectaculaire vacation; super attentive staff, super good food, excelent views and bed! Very attentive to the kids, playing with them, making special baby meals. Transfer from and to batman super easy, kids club with plenty of activities including fishing that my kids adored.

Open all the windows and doors on your overwater villa and let the breeze waft through. This was a unique holiday experience with a combination of laid back simplicity and high end luxury. The food was good. The staff were excellent and accommodating to everyone's needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a small gathering at this island right after Christmas, me and my family geologically separated a world apart, this island located in the middle of us all. Every member of our family had a great time. The island itself is magically located between the big islands. We saw turtles, tropical fishes, birds and flowers that i can't name. Monkeys at the big islands across the small ocean channel. Feels like i just stayed on Mohana's village but much smaller scale and staffs serve and help us like Ritz Carton quality of professionalism in a big city. Cannot add every staffs name in this review because there is not enough space. Every single of them are friendly and helpful. Kids stayed late at night to see the stars from our balcony, just lay flat on the rustic wood flanks on their back. And they wake up with gentle wave sound from their feet, with rising sun by the window bay. We just had our trip a week ago and they already ask me when they can go back.
