Résidence Odalys Le Buet

When we arrived at the property, they informed us that the slopes were closed and that is was not possible to ski. If they had informed us earlier that day we had not driven so far. Odalya is also not helpful in refunding the skipasses that we purchased via them. The lady at the reception was nice, but nog well informed by Odalys. We left after 2 nights and did not get any money back.

Run down apartment. Very poor value for money. ＞ 20 year old dishwasher that didnt work. Left disgusting dirty water at the end of the cycle. We had to wash by hand. We asked a technician to fix it, but he couldn't, he agreed the machine is too old. Worst is that they knew about this before we checked in and didnt inform you about it nor had fixed or replaced it. Basically they don't care... I tried to contact the organization before this review, but it is impossible to get any responds. The facilities haven't seen any upgrade for over a decade. The skilockers give the feel of a basement of an apartment block from the 1960s. Old, narrow, smelly Plates and cutlery are not complete for a family of 4. The apartment is tiny as in a typical French skiresort. But for what this organization charges, you can find a different one easily with a better value for money. The skiarea is great for beginners, but for more advanced there is little challenge.

Suggestion : checker plus profondément l'état du ménage (vaisselle + sol), et faire de menus travaux dans le logement (bout de lino manquants, fixation de douche HS, porte abîmée, fenêtre laissant passer l'air sur le couchage..). Et sécuriser l'entrée de l'établissement car suite démarchage d'une société non déclarée, nous nous sommes faits escroquer des le premier soir + une intoxication alimentaire en prime. Sinon emplacement au top, linge et matériel cuisine OK et directrice adorable.

résidence idéalement située au pied des pistes !!! Appartement propre mais petit, nous étions 4 adultes dans un logement prévu 5/6 pers. Une chambre avec lit double impossible de faire le tour du lit, un coin avec deux lits superposés très peu d'espace, une salle avec coin cuisine très petite ... Imaginez le retour du ski avec les vêtements à faire sécher... Enfin, stationnement pour la résidence quasi inexsistant ( 4 places !!!!!!!!! )

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez vous. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr et avec toute la famille et amis cette fois-ci À Bientôt !

bon emplacement au pied des pistes, appartement très correct (un gros bémol sur la literie) et un personnel sur place très disponible et réactif. un effort sur l'accès au wifi pourrait fait en le rendant gratuit.
