MainStay Suites Moreno Valley Near March Air Reserve Base

This property was not at all what I expected, based on what I read and saw online (It did not look exactly like the photos online). There was a big spider web with a pretty big spider in one of the hallways so, it had been there a while. That caused me to wonder about the upkeep of the property and cleanliness. Then, the hallway where our room was located reeked of ****. Inside the room (218) was dirty, the bedding was stained, some of the pillows had marks and damage, there was a good amount of damage in the room, the television turned on but would not change channels, etc. The toilet seat had a seal on it, stating that it was clean, yet when I broke the seal and opened the lid, it was clearly dirty and stained. The sink and sink area was a bit dirty as was the shower. When I told the front desk, he just offered to change the bedding. This stay was a waste of money and a huge disappointment!!! I will definitely not be staying here again!

The room was clean. My ID was expired on the day I received my paperwork for my ID. One lady excepted my receipt from the DMV. The following day a different receptionist would not expect MY DMV RECEIPT. Morning shift was rude on June 1, 2025. And I felt the morning clerk wasn’t dressed appropriate. Skirt and crop top. I’m 56 years old I’ve hurt my leg several times on the wood edge of bed. Had to wait for clean towels. Hair all over restroom walls. All amenities were not available. The gym isn’t open. The pool was dirty. I was told no pets allowed. When I presented my babies ESA Credentials at check-in. I felt embarrassed.

I had a great experience at MainStay Suites in Moreno Valley. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the stay even better. The location is convenient, with easy access to local shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I enjoyed a restful night's sleep, which is always a top priority when traveling. I can’t recommend Mainstay enough. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this place offers everything you need for an exceptional stay. I will definitely be back!

Such bad customer service, I cancelled before even going to this hotel. They woke me up by calling me at 11:30pm, 3 weeks before my reservation, just to see if I was keeping the reservation. What is the point in that and to call so late as to wake me up. Huge red flag!!! Glad I cancelled before enduring more stupidity.
