參觀riverside時選擇住的酒店，酒店住的蠻不錯的，但是酒店wifi不太行，同行的三人都登錄不了，即使找前台要了code也還是無效的code，令人失望！酒店的特色按摩貴的離譜，放棄嘗試、邊上有個梅西商場，不值得一逛～

Desde que llegas al estacionamiento puedes mirar que es más que un hotel 3 estrellas, todo muy limpio y ordenado. El personal del lobby muy profesional y siempre con una sonrisa que te hacen sentir en confianza. La alberca un poco pequeña para el grupo de 22 personas que éramos pero en general todo muy bien.. jugadores y staff muy satisfechos!!

El hotel del Best Hotel tiene un estado muy general. Las instalaciones son antiguas. No hay habitaciones para no fumadores cuando se registra. La habitación al costado de la calle es muy ruidosa. Cambiémoslo en silencio. Hay un hombre mayor en la recepción, como India. Gente, la actitud del servicio realmente no es buena, dijo directamente que no, el cheque no se verificó, después de la comunicación nuevamente, diga insatisfecho que puede encontrar otra casa, y este hotel recibe un depósito de $ 100 y todavía está esperando un reembolso

This was my first time staying at this hotel since I was visiting the area for a friend's event. Parking is easy and right upfront - but there's also parking on the side of the hotel and in the back. The front lot can get packed though - since it's shared by the restaurants/businesses in the area, as well as a Residence Inn next door. I was cheerfully greeted upon entry by Brisas, who assisted me with check-in. She acknowledged my elite status with IHG, and was able to assist with my early check-in request. When I initially got to room #221 - I was happy to see I was upgraded to a King Suite with a sofa, but ran into some issues initially - the blackout curtain was down and immovable. When I lifted it to look at my view - I was greeted by the top of the hotel's porte-cochère, and an AC unit - so pretty much a ”view” of the hotel entryway's roof. I went back downstairs and asked Brisas if she had something on a higher floor. She was happy to accommodate - but shared that the 4th floor rooms were still being cleaned and I wouldn't be able to check-in early. I figured the tradeoff was fine, and I'd just work on my laptop in their lobby while waiting. I rarely have to ask to be moved, but was pleased with how prompt my request was accommodated. Kevan - (Brisas's wonderful colleague) picked up where Brisas left off as her shift ended before my new room was cleaned. Kevan was able to place me in room #425 - a King Standard room with a chaise lounge - perfectly placed by the large, picturesque window. I had a great panoramic view of the valley. The room was clean, crisp, and modern. There were plenty of outlets - both AC and USB ports - intuitively placed around the room. The workstation had a nice 3-stage lamp, which provided ample brightness when needed, as well as dim, ”mood” lighting. This particular room comes with a microwave, mini fridge, and Keurig - not a Nespresso like the Intercontinentals, but a Keurig is still better than the drip coffeemakers a lot of other hotels in this category offers. Bed was super comfortable - not sure what other reviewers were complaining about when they said it was squeaky. My bed made no such noises. Thermostat works well and the A/C was able to get the room cool in no time - important, considering it was almost 100*F outside! There is a pantry stocked with snacks, drinks, ice cream by the front desk where you can buy treats you might have forgotten to pack. The prices are fair considering the convenience - there is also a 76 Food Mart within walking distance and a Winco behind the hotel - also walkable - only because I didn't want to lose my awesome, front-of-the-hotel parking spot. Complimentary breakfast served in the morning - decent selection of hot foods (eggs, sausage, potatoes), yogurt and toast. Fitness Center is 24/7 - and the pool is decent sized - but no one was using it because it was hot as heck outside. Overall, a great and enjoyable stay. En general, la calidad es buena. Hay muchas entradas en el edificio del hotel. Las puertas están siempre cerradas. Necesitamos tarjetas de huéspedes para entrar. El restaurante tiene una puerta para salir, hay un asiento exterior, es bueno sentarse fuera para fumar y beber café. El desayuno del hotel es bueno, el café es muy bueno y se pone en un salón de aire acondicionado, los huéspedes pueden beber todo el día, y yo puedo beber varias copas todos los días. Algunos huevos de uva con queso y hambre (y también una omeleta), el guay chino es muy aceptable, se cocinan otro pastel de waffle, o pan de pepino, junto con café, y se comen muy cómodamente. También hay leche, yogur, frutas y agua caliente para lavar la canasta. Yo vivo en el primer piso, la ventana no puede abrir, no sé si puedo abrir el tercer piso del segundo piso, lavando agua caliente es pequeña, es una deficiencia de belleza.

El confort es un alojamiento confortable y acomodado para un inicio de check-in temprano o tardío, si tengo un problema, se encuentran en una situación rápida para resolverlo. Además, han hecho algunos cambios que han hecho que el quedarse aquí también ha hecho más preferido que otros lugares de la zona.

La habitación de la habitación era muy agradable, pero no me gustaba nada. No hay cookies frescos, pero eso está bien. El café siempre fue fresco y el desayuno era grande. Me encantaban las mini omeletas, las fueron grandes! Recomendaría este hotel por varias razones. En el hotel, el hotel está situado en una plaza comercial, lo que significa que hay varios restaurantes y mercados para caminar también. Estacionamiento gratuito. Las habitaciones son muy agradables y cómodas, está justo en la autopista, y como he dicho, el personal es muy agradable.

They are very accommodating and sweet it was a bit busy when I came to check in but they got me through with ease. I wouldn’t mind coming back to this place. The service was great the room was clean and up to my standards. I highly recommend this business.
