"Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room Hairs in the bed no mattress cover and it was badly stained The owners came across as rude and offish and they seemed to look down at everyone The lady spoke to her staff so rudley and we had to ask her not to do it in front of us Breakfast tasteless cheap ingredients should use local ingredients In the bar we had to mention the pints of beer were not full but only 3/4 had to ask for top up every time one way of making money I suppose"

"Así que como un viajero de halal para mis viajes de halal, pescado perfecto y chips sin mantequilla de cerveza nunca he comido mantequilla tan luz que la habitación era realmente limpia y hermosa desde la habitación de la bahía de Malcom. Este es un hotel de primera calidad son maduras, pero este era un hotel sorprendente que se quedó allí bueno para el negocio, muy agradable desayuno no era muy grande pero era suficiente. "A lovely welcome from the owners who made us feel at home. The room had everything that was needed, it was a bit worn but worth the money paid for it. The only downside, as you can imagine with the type of accommodation, is if you get unlucky with neighbouring guests as we did who came in banging doors at midnight and another in an adjoining room who were up chatting at at 7am. But that’s the luck of the draw. 10/10 for the hosts"

"No juzgue nunca un libro por su cubierta. Si hubiéramos pasado por este hotel no habríamos reservado para permanecer. "Great experience checking in. The Bar Manager was really kind and told us exactly how to gain access when the bar wasn't open. What he didn't tell us was that we were in the loft space, so had to climb three flights of stairs to reach our room. Although we're relatively fit, someone with mobility issues might have found this a real challenge, particularly in heat as it was when we were there. Would have been good if the hotel made guests aware of this when booking. The room itself was lovely and reasonably sized. Breakfast items in the fridge along with tea and coffee. Again, bathroom was modern with good water pressure in the shower. A tower fan was provided in the room, which was really helpful given the heat. I would definitely return to the Bath, although next time I'd probably want a lower floor, as it is a steep climb to the rooms at the top, but a lovely place."
