Moonta Bay Holiday Park

Beautiful beachfront powered site for our camper. Clean and fresh facilities. Beautiful huge park with many options for accommodation, water park attached and massive jetty. Town very nearby for supplies and coffee and cake galore with options of cafes

Great accommodation, great view. We are all seniors with no pets. Our experience with the dogs barking nearby was very frustrating. The owners did try to quiet them but every time we went outside and talked they barked. They barked when ever anyone walked past and early in the morning, I think they were at the residence. To improve the facilities I would like to suggest some kind of shade over the west side of the bbq areas. Our balconies had great views but the sun came in late afternoon making it impossible to sit there, likewise with the bbq areas, we had to chase the shade. We all had a great time but no fish, which was frustrating, however we had 2 great meals at the ‘ye old cafe’.

We enjoyed our stay at the Moonta Bay Holiday Park with our friends. The staff are very helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. We are part of a Caravan Club and we stayed on the Lower Level - Sea Front. We stayed 7 nights and paid for 6 which is a great save at present. Love the idea of entering the park with a camera to recognise your Car Registration and the Boom Gate opens automatically saves hanging out the window at times to use your allocated code. If for some reason there maybe a hiccup then you can use your allocated code which is for various areas in the park. There is a Water Park at the end for all to enjoy and if you would like to go out the park to the Cafe or Jetty maybe whilst on the Lower Level then use your code to exit and re-enter, good idea. Facilities are clean and serviceable and the camp kitchen is quite large with sliding door along with everything you would need. There is a Fish Cleaning and a BBQ area separate to the facilities which is a great idea for all to enjoy. It is so relaxing and if you require anything it's only a short drive into Moonta. Thank you and will return.

The kids loved the jumping pillow, the playground and the water park. The amenities are very clean and the staff are friendly, checking into the park was so easy, the new car registration identification cameras made it easy go in and out of the park . We stayed at the top part of the park in a powered site, the views are amazing.

Great location, great facilities, great staff, great villa's, staff friendly always say hello, Daniel, park owner funny, and always up for a quick chat, good with the kids, park very clean facilities always clean, highly recommended, location beachfront fantastic

We stayed for a couple nights during the week and found the park very peaceful and quiet. There were stunning views from the balcony of our beach view cabin. The cabin was clean and new, with everything you could need for your stay. Will definitely be back.
