"The location was amazing, however the apartment was not clean when we arrived. There was dust on the linen and we had to wash the linen before we could use it that night. Other people had parked in our allocated parking so we had to park outside of the secure parking. When we advised the reception of how dirty everything was they were not really concerned. We did eventually get a $100 refund however this didn't really seem to be fair considering we booked a penthouse apartment."

La playa es maravillosa con grandes ondas suaves y agua caliente. Ahorra vidas justo ahí. Un club de RSL está justo fuera de la playa y los residentes se deshacen del 10%. Aproximadamente 200m en la dirección opuesta es un complejo de compras absolutamente enorme. Mooloolaba está a 10 minutos en coche. Esta es la situación perfecta. El hotel dispone de una habitación con ventilador y el área de estar principal con aire acondicionado."

"The Mirage gives the best of both worlds, 1 block back from beach with ocean views with the added benefit of being off the main road so a super quiet stay. Accomodation is excellent we stayed in a 2 bedroom w/ocean views it was clean and well appointed. The activities are endless with beautiful pools, gardens, tennis court, basketball court and gym. The groundskeeper does a magnificent job keeping the place immaculate. Rhea and Brooke are top shelf hosts who we were nothing but impressed with. There are a lot of options on the Sunshine Coast but struggle to see anything which ticks as many boxes as The Mirage."

"Fantastic Location! We chose a 3 bedroom penthouse to enable us to have plenty of space and enjoy the roof top area. Unfortunately the stair case to the roof top area was quite precarious and as such we found ourselves not wishing to ascend and descend the stair case very often. The main pool area is located at the back of the building and lacked any resort feel. Ok if you just wanted a dip to cool down but not a great place to relax. The building is quite old but the unit we had did have renovations completed and it was quite nice."

"Booked our trip when we saw a great deal for this place. Upon arrival, realised quickly why it was cheaper than the other places in the area. We were told at check in, on the first day of a long weekend, that ‘bad news’ - the air con in our apartment was not working. Predicted temps 32-34° each day. We were offered a measly 15% discount for this, which we managed to get to 25%. Wow. The room was disgusting and outdated - broken lamp, stained dirty couch, broken bed, uncomfortable mattresses, broken doors, no air flow, terrible slow fans, lights without lightbulbs. We expected the room would be a little outdated, but this was unliveable and even for what we paid, this was a ripoff. We got about 3 hours sleep each night because it was so hot, to the point that we even considered leaving at 1am and driving 2.5 hours home on our second night because we simply couldn’t do it again. I would never wish this place upon my worst enemy. How they can ethically sell us that room, is beyond me. What made all this worse was the attitude from the staff at check in: ‘feel free to find somewhere else’ basically. What would’ve been nice was being told when the aircon broke, which was earlier in the week - we would’ve potentially had time to cancel and find alternative arrangements, or worse case know to bring pedestal fans from home (since these weren’t provided either, thanks so much!)."
