Brand new large deck and dock overlooking the lake to enjoy morning sunrises and sunsets. - Clear lake is a spring fed, all sports lake perfect for boating, skiing, fishing, kayaking, etc. (Bass, Splake, Perch, etc.) - Access to miles of Michigan's ORV/Snowmobile trails 500 yards across the street! - Thousands of acres of state land in the surrounding area perfect for hunting, hiking, elk viewing, etc. - AC & Wi-fi - Town of Atlanta is located 8 miles south for groceries. - Home comes with 4 kayaks for guests to enjoy. - 2 DNR public boat launches on lake. Home dock is set up to tie up your boat for the week.
