Private: garden 200 m2 (fenced) with trees, natural garden. Outdoor shower. In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot (28.Mar. - 31.Oct.), heating available only from 01.Nov. - 27.Mar.. 1.6 km long steep, narrow motor access. Parking on the premises. Grocery 3 km, restaurant 2 km, railway station "Pietrasanta" 8.7 km, sandy beach "Forte dei Marmi" 10 km.
