Stayed as part of a group. Reception were welcoming and helpful. Public rooms were well furnished and spotless. Pool area small but well maintained. Rooms were a bit of a mix. Furnished in no particular style. We had aroom 216 a corner room which was huge. Lovely big bathroom The only complaint would be that the bedrooms are very dark. Some of them face a derelict villa which was dismal. Independent travellers should be aware that this hotel caters for several large tour groups at a time which makes it very noisy and congested at times. Whilst the wait staff, like all the employees, are exceptionally hard working and efficient the breakfast offering was very poor. Limited in both choice and quality. I have rated this establishment very good but it really needs to improve breakfast to honestly deserve this.

My husband and I spent 2 days at this hotel although we paid for three. We ended up leaving a day early to stay at a nearby hotel with a pool and free breakfast and a view. So the positives of this hotel: - the AC - we were there in July so it was HOT - there is a gym. It’s small and for some reason, the AC was not on the 3 days we used it so it was like a sauna, but there is a gym. - relative close proximity to restaurants and beach. Very walkable. Negatives: - COST. Of everything. We ordered 2 coffees to be delivered to the room. It cost 20 euro. - Breakfast was not included in the cost of the room. - no one explained anything to us when we checked in. No how to get on the wifi, no how to call the front desk, no nothing. The check in was very abrupt. - the room was in the lower level of an adjacent apartment building. And it backed up to the train tracks. Fortunately, the trains are not very loud but still, you can certainly hear them - the pillows and the beds - FLAT. Hard. But in all fairness, I can’t say we had soft mattresses or pillows in any hotel we stayed at this trip. - no view Overall, I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. It was comfortable and met the basics, but way too pricy for what it was.

The hotel was nice but a little tired. Our room was good, nice size, plenty of storage and hanging space. Bathroom good, again plenty of space. Great pressure in the shower. Nice and clean. Beds comfortable and clean. No view which was disapponting. In retrospect we should have asked for a different room. Food was very disappointing and we felt was possibly a lower standard because we were on a tour. No fresh fruit at breakfast, though plenty of choice of pastries. Staff warm and friendly, particularly at reception.

Just home 5 nights at this hotel lovely staff and food spotless clean fresh towel each day lasts night was a themed night in the restaurant great food ,staff friendly and helpful continental breakfast but plenty of choice, 5 minutes walk to town centre and railway station

The swimming pool smelled salty like too much urine from the many children playing in the water. The room was in an adjoining section across the street on the second floor or first floor above the street, as such being handicapped or elderly the isolation can be an issue in an emergency. The balcony over the street life was enjoyable, with nice ambiance without being loud, if you close the balcony doors there is no sound. What really ruined our stay were the male waiters. One cut in between us without excusing himself while we were in line for dinner, another rudely belittled my Mother who although on the pre paid meal plan wanted better treatment paying for the full menu if we could be seated by a window and order seafood which was not on the preplanned all you can eat heaping dishes for tourists. The hotel restaurant has a two tier service, one prepaid with lots of filler like pasta, and another for paying customers with specialized dishes. Being dissapointed the next day we had three courses with seafood at a nearby restaurant, La Cascina, for just about 100 Euros.

Es un Hotel excelente en todos los sentidos, agradable, muy limpio, silencioso, amplio con servicios de salud y buena ubicación cerca de parques para salir a correr y cerca de algunos restaurantes de moda en la zona y a cinco minutos andando del centro. Lo recomiendo!!!

Está situado muy cerca de la estación de tren, lo que lo hace una excelente opción para una visita a la ciudad de Florencia sin necesidad de mover el coche. Parking grande y tranquilo, si bien al principio temíamos estar equivocados, ya que parece de un centro comercial, con las barreras levantadas. Fuimos recibidos amablemente en una recepción grande y amplia. Lo peor que tiene son quizá los ascensores, que dan sensación de antiguo y son muy ruidosos. Habitación de tamaño adecuado, con terraza. Desayuno correcto. Fuimos a desayunar a diferentes horas durante la estancia y a una media hora del cierre empieza a escasear un poco todo. Lo comunicamos al personal y no hubo ningún problema.

Brillante bienvenida, servicios disponibles y personal listo para cada solicitud y satisfechos, habitaciones limpias y pequeñas precauciones todos los días. Se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo tanto por el precio pero sobre todo por la higiene. Bien hecho.

We attended a meeting held at this hotel. We had some extra days to enjoy getting to know the city and surrounding areas. The staff at the hotel were very helpful in answering all our questions about the area, what to see and how to get places. The hotel is located within a five minute walk to the funicular up to the hilltop city of Montecatini Alte which is well worth visiting. It is a 10 minute walk into the main part of the city and a convenient 5 minute drive to the train station. The hotel restaurant has a good variety of dishes and the wait staff are friendly and attentive.

I had the most amazing room with a lovely balcony and the most wonderful panoramic view of the scenery. The food was delicious and the deserts were a delicious surprise every night. I love this hotel so much I came back a second time. I hope I get a chance to visit it again. Definitely recommend it

It is a unique establishment in the snese that it is a 5 star hotel in terms of facilities and amenities but a boutique hotel in terms of the way staff interact with the guests. I had the best 3 day retreat I could ever ask for. Silvia and Giulia from the spa were amazing and I can even already call them friends. Mahmoud at the restaurant and all the staff there were wonderful not to mention the tasty and diverse food options made by the experienced chef. Yoga with Anu and the group yoga class with live music on Sunday were just perfect. The room and hotel facilities are spectacular with great attention to detail. The location is also great, next to the funiculare to go to Montecatini Alto and 10 mns walk from down town and the nearby park. Will definitely be back.
