El recepcionista se la paso persiguiendonos y perturbando gravemente nuestro sueño, entra en tu habitación y te graba. Tanto el pésimo trato como la vomitiva comida como las sábanas sin suavizante desde el 81 y toallas deprorables . Corred de este hotel, por favor

LA PARTE PIU BRUTTA SARÁ QUELLA DELLA SPA SE NON VOLETE LEGGERE LE PRIME RIGHE SALTATE FINO A LI. Abbiamo soggiornato una notte e dormito, al secondo piano, all'interno della stanza di cui carico le foto. Premetto che ho dato due stelle invece che una perché il letto era comodo e abbiamo dormito bene Era sicuramente un albergo d'elite 40 anni fa ma oggi presenta evidenti segni di trascuratezza con picchi che definirei in stato di abbandono; Il corridoio per raggiungere la stanza sembrava tratto da un film orror: muri rovinati, pannelli del soffitto macanti con tanto di fili a penzoloni, i sensori antincendio coperti dalla plastica, finendo con la campanella elettrica dell'allarme che ogni due minuti emetteva un imput sonoro di un istante. Questa recenzione, chiaramente, non è per stabilire il grado di sicurezza dell'albergo ma solo illustrare ai lettori le mie sensazioni personali. Tra l'altro il bello viene adesso: LA SPA Parliamo della spa: l'accoglieza del personale è stata impeccabile, molto cortese la signora. Per quanto riguarda la sauna e il bagno turco nulla da obbiettare, fanno bene il loro lavoro, ma per quanto riguarda la vasca da bagno posso solo affermare che non ho mai visto nulla del genere. L'idromassaggio più sporco che io abbia mai visto e che ovviamente non abbiamo utilizzato! La pelle morta dei visitatori, che si sono immersi prima del nostro arrivo, galleggiava nell'acqua, depositandosi sulle pareti della vasca per formare uno strato sudicio indescrivibile. Era un montare di schiuma gialla e scura con all'interno pezzi e pezzetti neri di ogni misura. Ovviamente ho chiamato la gentilissima signora del personale, la quale ha provato a tamponare tanta mancanza di pulizia basilare, cercando di raccogliere con il retino lo schifo che era presente nell'acqua. Pensare che quando ha finito, e l'idromassaggio ha cessato il suo ciclo di bolle, è stato possibile vedere sul fondo della vasca i residui che riportavano molto all'idea delle alghe sul fondo del mare. Ottima, anzi squisita la tisana del contenitore vicino i lettini nella zona relax.

Me da miedo alfred y el bandolero de la noche, vaya ramalazo tiene el segundo y el primero a ver si cambia de traje. La comida parece que la han hecho una panda de monos aunque el servicio ha sido bueno. Había españoles poniendo me llaman plex mami a todo volumen y fue algo incómodo. Las habitaciones principalmente bien aunque a la bañera le faltaba cortina y para un 4 estrellas que le falte una contraventana es un poco triste. Duermo levitando, pq vaya basura de cama me han puesto y la almohada del diablo es inexistente.

This may have been grand in the 1950's but not now. We were put in this hotel when our flight was cancelled. The wallpaper is flaking and there is stains on the carpet. We had an evening meal and breakfast but both were very poor.

My wife and I spent a week at this hotel, booked through Mistral Holidays (which is subject to another TripAdvisor review). We upgraded to this ‘4 star hotel’ at not inconsiderable cost, as an alternative to the ‘3 star Hotel Cappelli’ offered as the default choice by Mistral Holidays. We arrived very late so the first impression was of a basic large bedroom with bare floor and little furniture. Just twin beds put together to form a large double bed, an open frame wardrobe with sliding door, chest of draws and writing desk. The shower room and toilet facilities were quite good. There was no brewing facilities in the room but there was a fridge The following day we met our fellow Mistral Holiday guests who had made the same mistake as us. Fortunately, since we were mostly all seated together, we all clicked and swapped our first impressions. Some had safes in their room but for various reasons couldn’t use them, i.e. no key, locked open / locked closed and in our case no safe. One couple had a hole in the bedroom floor, at the bottom end of the bed and had to request a move to another room. Air conditioning varied being noisy to not working. When the problem with the safes was brought to the attention of the receptionist, it was dismissed as unfixable and never was. There was a bar next to reception but no bartender, the receptionist doubled for that role. There is an outdoor pool and massage parlour but nobody in attendance for a massage. On the outside, the building looked decidedly past its prime. Breakfast was buffet style from 7:30 am - 9:00 am. Evening meal was from 7:30 pm sharp and consisted of an uninspiring fixed menu, not surprisingly with mostly pasta. Our fellow Mistral guests who hadn’t upgraded to Grand Hotel Nizza e Suisse but opted for the ‘3 star’ Hotel Cappelli, seem to have a much better deal. The building appeared to be in far better condition and also has a outdoor pool, breakfast until 10:00 am, choice of two dishes for dinner and entertainment on Friday with music and the waiting staff joining in by dancing.

This must once have been a lovely hotel - about 30 years ago when some of it was last decorated. The rooms were tired, but they were clean and beds comfortable. Food was good generally- menu lost something in translation at times. Staff were friendly, helpful but understaffed . Not a 4 star anymore , trading on their former glory days

Well appointed rooms which have cleared been redecorated in the last year or 2. The bathroom again is well decorated however the shower is impractical to use as there is no shower curtain. The beds are first class and there are 32"tvs as well as hair dryers. We stayed during a heatwave so the air-conditioning was used and was excellent at cooling the room. Being able to close the wooden blinds also allowed us to keep the room cool. When the blinds were closed you would not know it if we're night or day which was a good thing during the 40C plus temperatures. This is clearly a family run hotel and the staff are friendly and helpful. I am surprised at other reviews stating of issues with staff as our experience has been that they are polite , respectful and would do anything possible to assist their guests. The hotel lobby is classic Italian style with a bar , restaurant and even a piano. What let's this hotel down is the below par restaurant menu. In the restaurant the staff are present and helpful with the head waiter very good at his job. We were staying half board so dinner was included however it was not good and I would give the food 1 Star and that is being generous. There are plenty of good restaurants close to the hotel so I would recommend staying in the hotel and eating elsewhere. The pool Is small however it is well maintained and we spent a few afternoons there cooling off. Surprising but again showing the quality of this hotel is that everything was working including all of the lifts. I mention this as the last hotel we stayed in this town had no working lifts. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel with is being well appointed and only a few minutes walk from the central square. If coming back I would stay here again.

Not a good experience : noisy groups of students, running in the corridors all night long and shouting at each others. Far from a first rate hotel. Apart from the manager, the staff was really friendly and professional.

My wife and I have been coming to this hotel since 2003, just missing a few years including 2020 and 2021 as a result of Covid. What made this hotel was the staff and the service they provided and the food on half board was terrific. I am sad to write this now, Most of the staff have left bar Jan Lucca. But the new staff failed to provide the standard of service that the former staff provided, with the exception of the reception staff, Llenia and Roberto, who were helpful and friendly. Llenia got us our usual room and was helpful with our holiday. The food was substandard, especially the Pasta's and they mostly had Veal each night. The food was cold or cool on occasions and where before, if you didn't see anything on the menu, Jan Lucca would suggest an alternative but this didn't happen this year. The Night Porter was acting as the Bar Man as there is no bar Man employed. If you want coffees or drinks you had to go looking for a staff member and could wait up to 20 minutes to be served. At breakfast, there was a buffet, which was ok but this year a group of guests would take the bowls of fruit, the bottles of water from the buffet, moving the buffet to their tables and the staff did nothing about it. The same group were on a B & B basis and in the evening they would pull the table outside on the terrace together and order food in and buy their drink from the Supermarket and eat and drink on the terrace all evening. They even took bottles pf water from the Breakfast buffet rather than pay 2/3 euro for it. What was really wrong, was that the owners of the hotel knew what they were doing and supplied them with plates and glasses for their bought in drink. Most guests in this hotel were from groups. The hotel is dropping its standards and with the poor service, poor quality food, the drop in standards allowing groups bring in their own drink and food in to the hotel, the poor WIFI, no TV for English speaking guests, this Hotel is quickly becoming a poor star hotel and not a 4 Star Hotel. It is so sad that you don't have that family feeling when coming to stay and my wife and I will not be returning .
