Private: large, well-kept garden (fenced), swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth 140 - 300 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Arbour, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Heating available only from 08.Nov. - 07.Apr.. Parking on the premises. Bar 400 m, sandy beach "Ultimaspiaggia" 2 km.
