This hotel has many positives. The location at the bottom of Jandri lift is amazing, just a minute in ski boots to get on to gondola. The downside to the location is noise at night. Most nights there was shouting outside until the small hours, obviously not the hotels fault but affected our sleep. Beds very comfortable, spacious rooms. Shower or bath both lovely. Good level of room service each day. Breakfasts were amazing, excellent quality of a variety of foods. The dinners really let this hotel down unfortunately. The buffet starter and desert were fine, but the a la carte main courses were, with a few exceptions, disappointing. Overcooked dry steaks, soggy pasta, overcooked veg, unusual combinations, meals were cold one evening. On the plus side the wine on tap was a nice bonus. Staff were all brilliant, helpful and friendly. It would be better at breakfast if tables could be relaid after another family has eaten as everyone ends up scrabbling around for cups, cutlery etc and taking off other tables. Bar / games area was good, baby-foot, pool, board games etc. All in all a good hotel and I would return, but on a breakfast only basis.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Comfortable very clean room with constant hot water. Kettle and tea and coffee provided. We were lucky to have a balcony which faced the afternoon sun. The staff here are courteous, professional and very friendly. Laurianne (sorry not sure if I've spelt her name correctly) made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The food both at breakfast and dinner was delicious and well presented. Five courses if you could manage it at dinner and wine included. We had the same allocated table at dinner, so no waiting for a table and we could eat at whatever time we wished after 7pm. The bar is very nice with comfy sofas. The location is perfect for quick access to the slopes via the new Jandri cable car. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

What a great hotel this is. We upgraded (at very little cost) to a quad room so that we could have a bit more space and a balcony. Very happy with the room. Comfortable beds, loads of hot water whenever we needed it. Nice bath which is always a plus when you're skiing. Able to adjust own heating too. Location, location, location! Couldn't have been closer to the main cable car (Jhandri), ski in/out, good ski locker facilities. Perfect for apres ski. DJ playing great tunes outside On top of all of this fabulousness, the food was amazing. Buffet style breakfast with everything you could want. A mix of buffet and a la carte in the evening. Free wine (and being France, it was good wine too). Great food every day, made such a difference to me (I love my food). We had a lovely week. The staff were so friendly and professional. I would definitely go back. I love, love, love this hotel.

This a slightly difficult review to write, as the location of the hotel is perfect, close to lift, bus stop, and bars and shops. The rooms are very comfortable and having a locker is great. So, that's the good side. The food was average at best, raw duck, poor size and quality steak, soup was for ever running out. Breakfast was a buffet, sausages must have been cooked or kept back from the previous day, scrabble egg not very nice, some of the cups for breakfast had tide marks and not washed correctly. The hotel had a nice terrace for apre ski and we all met there everyday around 2.30 to 3.30 for a drink. Apart from Friday we were not allowed to sit there even though it was virtually empty, the young waitress could not give a reason just we could not sit there despite we were residents. Some staff very friendly and some not. The hotel could certainly do with making the food a better quality.

Fantastic ski hotel, Located within a minutes walk to the lift and can ski back to boot room door snow permitting. Central to bus stop, shops, bars and supermarkets. The hotel is very comfortable, rooms are recently renovated with very comfortable beds and great bathrooms (bath a bonus). We had two rooms which were both of a good standard. Food wonderful, excellent selection at breakfast with cooked items as well as being able to boil your own eggs. Dinner in the evening came with good choices, excellent salad bar and wine or soft drink. Great ski hotel and would definitely recommend

This is a perfectly located hotel to be close to slopes and to amenities and local bars. We stayed for half board offer but often chose to eat here on a lunchtime as menu good and reasonably priced. Staff were fantastic, rooms were clean and had decent size balcony. Breakfast buffet was varied, always plenty of room no rush for tables. Busier on an evening for dinner. People less likely to rush their meals as the wine was unlimited so families took their time (and why not!) to enjoy the free flowing red and white wine. Reception team were really helpful at all times. Bootroom was large and heated. We didn’t use the spa / sauna room

A very welcoming hotel situated at the foot of the piste and centrally located for getting around the resort. Our bedroom was very clean, with super comfortable beds, and a good supply of towels. A very varied offer of food for breakfast which was also very tasty and served in a lovely airy restaurant. We ate dinner here twice and it was very good value for a three course menu and a complimentary glass of wine. Would highly recommend.

Have stayed here 3 times and this year was the most expensive but because we liked it we came back. Staff are lovely but everything now costs extra . The evening dinner which used to be an open buffet is now downscaled with far less choice and food disappointing. Teenagers used to live the varied buffet but now it’s limited starters, limited deserts and cheese and choose one main course. We had steak which was awful so will eat out when we can as not much price difference at 30 euros a head having already paid 4000 euros for bed and breakfast for 3 people. Won’t be coming back

A brilliant weeks skiing. Half board food was first class, staff were lovely and very helpful. Room was big with a great view of the slopes. And the location could not have been better. Right in the slopes, next to the two main lifts in resort, 50m from two hire shops. The door from the boot room is straight onto the snow. All in all a fantastic place to stay, highly recommend.
