Come relax and have fun with the whole family in the stylish, cozy cottage. You will enjoy this spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath home with dedicated workspace. We are conveniently located near many locally owned restaurants that you are sure to enjoy. We are 2.7 miles /10 minutes from ULM and about 5 minutes from Forsythe Park. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the patio or lounge inside. Please note there are steps to get inside the home at 2 entrances. Please use caution, steps could be slippery when raining. Good Weekend We were here for a weekend basketball tournament, the property was very clean and had all the essentials we needed for our stay. We even had snacks waiting for us when we arrived. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re ever in Monroe.

This property was better than described and pictured. There were plenty of extra comfy blankets throughout the home. The complimentary items were a very classy touch. The property was very clean, cozy and relaxing. I absolutely loved it!

Cute and clean! Super cute, VERY clean property in a quiet neighborhood. Close to everything! Property manager is very attentive and responds quickly. Has just about everything you need in the kitchen (except bowls and wine glasses, lol) We came for a ballet intensive and will recommend this house to anyone that will be coming back here!
