The hotel was spotless. The breakfast, staff, and maid service was above excellent. Front desk was more than friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that inquires. Never been to a better Holiday Inn and see you soon.

Great hotel. Loved the amenities. Easy check in and easier check out. Great location to shopping and restaurants. Clean room and comfortable bed. Will stay again. The hotel was very easy to get to. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was hot and tasty band the fitness facility was sufficient for a great workout.

I’ve stayed here before about 4 years ago which is why I came back. Recognized one of the front desk staff, very friendly and welcoming. The property seems about the same. It is clean and mostly well kept, plenty of parking, adjacent to restaurants, drug store. This time I stayed in a queen suite with my sister who uses a C-Pap (pac?) unit with portable oxygen. As an older traveler, I often ask for handicapped rooms but I didn’t this time. I should have as the doors are heavy and luggage get heavier every year! Our room was large but we had to move furniture around to accommodate our luggage and oxygen unit. Because??? Well the electrical outlets near the beds would not hold our electric plugs and charger plugs secure. The plugs basically were loose because the wall plugs holes were too large. I had to wedge the clock on the bedtable under my charger cord to keep a current. For sister’s oxygen cord on the other wall by the lamp, we moved the ottoman under the wall socket to hold the electric cord in tight. (Does this make sense?) Also moved the wonderful second table under the desk out by my bed and opened my luggage on top. Opened the other luggage on the bench. (No luggage holders or racks in the closet.) It is cumbersome for older people to bend down on the floor to retrieve items from luggage. Yes, could use the bed but not enough room to leave luggage open. This is a problem for older travelers and people with bad backs. Bedding was clean, fresh, comfy, with both soft and firm pillows. Bathroom was clean with plenty of towels — but there is only one hook on the back of the door. The hairdryer was hanging there. A low shelf and a wall shelf is availabe to place toiletries. No shower cap. Decent lighting. Toilet was ok but how I wish all hotels would install adult (higher) commodes! Many hotels have made this move. Also many hotels have installed two piece or detachable shower heads — not this hotel! Women prefer this type of shower so I keep harping on it. Shower pressure was on the weak side. Many, especially men, prefer strong shower pressure. Sofa was hard and had a stain on it. Needs replacing. Nice lamps. Nice Keurig coffee pot. Frig and microwave, thank you. Also thank you for luggage mobiles. TV was fine. Worked. Offered captions. Thank you. Breakfast was great! Plenty of choices. Hot coffee. Warm cinnamon rolls. Eggs were not watery. Both turkey and pork sausages were offered as well as sausage gravy and bisquits. Standard instant grits, oatmeal, toaster items. Kept replenished by friendly staff. Very nice. Will I stay here again? Sure. But hope they update the rooms. Replace some of the electrical outlets by the beds. Could update to charger recepticals . Us who use cell phones and iPads will love you more. Also when you update bathrooms, install higher commodes and detachable shower heads/wands. My three girlfriends and I stayed here at the Holiday Inn Express this past weekend for a girls getaway. The hotel was easy to find and in a great location near many restaurants and stores, especially the Walmart across the highway in case you need last minute items. The hotel was spotless upon arrival. Brooke, the front desk clerk, was so warm, welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious and spotless as well. It was a great size to house four adults comfortably. The bathroom was spacious and wonderful water pressure in the shower (my favorite). I also loved that the bathroom had "Dove" products (another favorite). Our beds and pillows were super comfortable. We have no complaints whatsoever. Housekeeping was prompt with providing additional linen. We did not get a chance to try their breakfast, however, it did smell great when we were leaving. I would definitely recommend and stay here the next time we are in Monroe for sure!

If I could leave a 10 I would. From checking in with Travis (the reason for the 10) to the spacious CLEAN rooms, comfortable bed, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided, great breakfast choices. Every employee we encountered spoke to us. We had a block of rooms, I believe there were 14 of them, everyone enjoyed their stay. Best hotel experience for me hands down! Hotel was well lit inside and out. We felt safe, even me when I went to the car alone at 10:00 pm.

Clean nice hotel. First room we couldn’t get internet so they moved us to a different room where we had no issues. Breakfast good, stocked well with 2 hostesses restocking. Clean breakfast area. Only issue was the price we booked on line was not what they charged us. They charged more per night and couldn’t explain. We would recommend

My friend paid for us to stay two nights at this hotel. The hotel staff told him the total was $230 for two nights (including tax). When we checked out, they charged him $265. There were no damages so the pending $35 for damages should not have been applied. He called them to explain this and he showed them the original invoice they gave him which said $230, but they claim the $265 is correct. They are lying to him, and he knows it, but the hotel staff refuse to admit it and just want extra $$$. How sad, stealing money from people. It's very unprofessional and sad. If I were you, go somewhere you can trust their business policies.

I regularly travel to the Monroe area and always stay at this hotel as it’s so convenient. I’ve never had any issues with the rooms and all the staff are super friendly and recognise me. During my last visit there seems to have been an issue with an additional credit card payment, I was put through to the manager to try and resolve it but he wasn’t available so I’ve left a message for him to return my call. Having read some of the reviews here I’m not feeling too confident about getting a quick resolution from Bradley. Is there an email address I can use to send through the information? Thanks very much
