We stayed 5 dayes in the beginning of july. After spending a week in a big hotel in Albufeira it was a pleasure to come to this little lovely place. With beautiful nature and so peaceful. My girls are 7 and 11 and they loved the 2 pools and the nature pool, although they were a little scared about the big carps to start with. But a fun idea to be able to swim in a natural pool or just to look at the fish. It was also wonderful to have a trampoline, ball field, billiards, sandbox and lots of other toys. And the house we stayed in (Sponbill) and the whole area was just amazingly authentic. Breakfast was placed outside the door every morning and we ate it on the beautiful roof terrace with a view of stoke and the sea (far away). Beautiful flowers everywhere, and herbs, tomatoes and strawberries that we could use. Our warmest recommendation for this fantastic place, where we would have liked to have stayed longer. We drove to Praia da Fuseta Ria (beach) a few times. You can park there very close to the beach, which is by the harbour. It is very child-friendly. It is also recommended to take a taxi boat (from the harbour) out to the beach by the sea. In the middle of the day when the water is low there are some fantastic white beaches and beautiful blue water. We can also recommend visiting Salinas do Grelha, which is a place where they make salt out of seawater. We had a private tour in English and then bathed in a lake that was like the Dead Sea, so we floated on top. But it cannot be recommended for smaller children, my 7-year-old daughter's skin hurt a lot afterwards because of all the salt.

Family heaven!! One of the very best holiday experiences we’ve ever had. Everything was just a perfect mix of quietness and comfort. We don’t travel to hotels much as we like to be left alone - here we appreciated so much all that was done quietly to make us feel at home: the fresh orange juice left on our doorstep every morning and the cleaning done secretly while we were at the beach… August was always approachable and had many helpful tips. The entire areal is immaculately clean and well-maintained, the kids can run around safely as all pools/lakes are secured with gates. It is small enough to feel familiar and spread out enough to give everyone private space. There is a number of toys and plays to be used and our kids were far from boredom even when we stayed here all day long. There is a number of great beaches in the area, all flat and calm enough for smaller kids. Many good restaurants can be reached within 10 min. And Faro airport is close by. For us there was absolutely nothing we didn’t like - we will absolutely come back and already told all our friends. Superb!!!

Great facilities, quite place and very nice service. Alexia and Laurent know how to welcome and know how to make your stay relaxed and enjoyable. And for the golf amateurs, Laurent, ex pro, is an excellent advisor.

From start to finish we had a great time here. We had a lovely warm welcome from August who made us feel at home straight away. We have two young children and it was perfect, they absolutely loved the pool, but also the other facilities including the trampoline, table football, swings. It’s also has loads of wildlife, we saw a staple regularly, but also bats in the evening, occasional small lizard and loads of interesting birds varieties. We also borrowed the bikes which were free, our six year old daughter on a child’s bike and our two year old on the baby seat. Half an hours bike ride through the wetlands to the local beach. The self catering facilities where also good, with an outdoor bbq also provided. But what makes this place great is the attention to details, a fridge with all the necessities for your arrival, a local ‘shop’ and ‘bar’ with basics available, based on an honour system. Fresh bread and organs juice delivered to your door each morning, a baby towel given to us for the little one. Beach umbrellas available to borrow. Well thought out and a fantastic stay. Ein wunderbarer Ort zur Erholung - nicht nur für Familien mit Kindern auch für Paare. Die Anlage ist wunderbar gepflegt und terrassenartig aufgebaut. Der Kinderspielplatz und die Pools liegen ein wenig abseits vom Teich. Die beiden Ferienhäuser am Teich sind somit besonders ruhig gelegen. Die Anlage ist super gepflegt und die Häuser Tip top. Schon bei der Ankunft ist alles da was man benötigt über Spülmaschinentabs Geschirr - Hand und Strandtücher bis hin zu Müsli Eiern Saft etc. wir haben es sehr genossen die Storchenpaare mit ihrem Nachwuchs zu beobachten und die Natur dort zu genießen. Ein Mietwagen macht Sinn es sei denn man ist sportlich mit Fahrrädern unterwegs. Die vorgelagerte Lagunen Landschaft ist wunderschön und circa in ca 4 km kann man zu Fuß die Stadt Fuseta erreichen. Wir sind selten so entspannt und gut erholt nach Hause geflogen vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt
