Hotel Fontanella

An exceptionally charming place. Staff very friendly and helpful. For guests from Poland it is also an advantage that one of the ladies at the reception is Polish and is happy to help in any situation. The idea of dinners completely surprised us. We thought that it would be canteen-like, but it turned out to be exquisite and very tasty :). We definitely recommend and want to come back!

I stayed at Hotel Fontanella with 4 buddies for a skiing trip a few days ago. I normally don’t write reviews, but this time I had to make an exception. Our stay can only be described as fabulous. The hotel is incredibly clean and aesthetic, with an amazing view of the Molveno lake. At the reception we were greeted by Barbara, and she was incredibly helpful and made our stay so much better. The rooms were large and tidy for the price, with great bathrooms. The breakfast and dinner of this place was breathtaking. Every day was a new culinary experience of the Italian kitchen, with friendly waiters and the humorous and talented head chef Giuseppe. The hotel also made the everyday skiing experience way easier for us, as they have ski lockers and a personal ski-bus service. The driver, Zia, was incredibly funny and friendly, and once you gave him a call, he was at your location in just 10 minutes. When me and my friends were leaving the hotel, he even helped us pack our car more efficiently. The hotel is just amazing, with even more amazing staff. I will definitely be recommending this place for anybody looking into staying here, and I am definitely coming back if I am skiing in Paganella again.

Words can’t explain how amazing our experience was at this hotel. Not only was the view amazing but the complete staff were top! We stayed for 10 days and had the dinner included the chef is amazing cook. This hotel should be listed as 5 stars not 3! Love that it was animal friendly as well.

Everything was perfect. We had a nice room with a view of the lake, the meals/half board were excellent, the hotel staff pleasant and helpful. Parking was convenient and without problems. The lake and the surrounding mountains offer beautiful walks.

Our stay for 3 days was a very pleasant experience. Super location with lake view, friendly staff, clean, excellent kitchen, and reasonable prices. We had booked a room without lake view but regret that we had done so. The position towards the lake is do impressing. Choice for half board was super. Very good dishes with local ingredients, much variety, good wines, friendly staff and the chef was good and charming.

We visited the hotel in January 2024 with friends. Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Rooms clean, fragrant, service perfect. Fantastic cuisine with very friendly service. We were very satisfied. We enjoyed it. I highly recommend. Eva
