"The room was not plush. But it was clean. The front desk service was amazing. She worked harder than I ever saw anyone at a hotel front desk."

"Located right off the highway, I found this hotel after searching for it late at night. It was a standard motel with functional amenities, but the room smelled damp. Feeling unwelcome, I went to the Red Roof Inn next door, but the environment was even worse. The bed covers were visibly stained, and the Indian girl at the front desk said they would be replaced immediately. I couldn't accept that. Since it was too late and I didn't want to look for another room, I returned and booked a room. After settling in, I lifted the bed covers, and they were also stained. The Indian girl at the front desk brought clean sheets and let us change them ourselves. In the end, I had to make do with the clothes I had for the night. When I went to breakfast early in the morning, there was no hot coffee or water, only juice and simple pancakes. Fortunately, there was yogurt."

"It is so convenience and clean. However, the laundry is not good. Because teaching machine did work, but dry machine is out of service. So, I should go coin laundry."

Holiday Inn MOBILE-DWTN/HIST. DISTRICT by IHG
