A-Rosa Ifen Hotel Kleinwalsertal

In the past I was regularly visiting this hotel. It was a fair 5 star rating. Currently it's a 4 star hotel with a beautiful swimming pool outside. Positive: amazing breakfast with good variety of food. Dinner: we arrived 20:35 and reception immediately suggest first dinner while kitchen is not closed yet. Disappointed: The lotion in the room was empty when we arrived. The next morning after my call the receptionist, the lotion was immediately refilled. Curtains were partially not on the hanger. Usually reception takes a luggage out of car without any questions while you are on reception filling forms . This time was a question whether I would like myself to bring luggage. SPA staff is unpolite: I was asking additional bathrobe because my one was wet , I was scolding like a kid about inappropriate behavior in SPA. "Even a kid knows that first you shall use towel then a bathrobe. It's a last time a give it to you" words of a spa receptionist. Restaurant: kids were always in separate Restaurant's hall before. It's comfortable for parents and for other guests as well. I would probably choose another hotel next trip and cannot recommend it to friends anymore.

The hotel is set at a good location, the included bus lines/cable lines get you to more walks than you can make. The food was excellent and staff is well trained. The wellness and fym facilities are varied and well kept, the gym was amazing, especially the outdoor area. Rooms are kept clean and fridge is kept stocked. Overall well worth the price!

Impeccable, service, and hospitality The whole team were very responsive to our requests and made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. From the moment we arrived until departure the staff exceeded our expectations The room was very spacious and the highlight was the pillow menu. The restaurant was excellent and both Breakfast and Dinner exceeded our expectations . Last, but not least, the Spa was the highlight of the Hotel with amazing facilities and services.

The TravelCharme Ifen Hotel is located just behind the German - Austrian border and can only be reached from Germany. Subsequently the guests are predominantly German. The interior of the hotel is very modern and offers a nice contrast to the majority of hotels in the area that feature an Alpine style. The rooms are very nice, the sleep quality is excellent and the service good as well. The hotel has a huge and excellent spa area, including a heated outdoor and indoor pool. The outdoor infinity outdoor pool is swim-out can be reached via the spa. As for food, we booked half-board and didn't regret it. The cuisine is ambitious and the food was flawless throughout our various dinners. The hotel also features a fine dining restaurant, which is truly excellent and deserving of it's 1 Michelin star. All in all we had a great stay. So when you are looking for a place in the Alps and are tired of all those Alpine style hotels with their rustic charm, the Travel Charme Ifen hotel can be highly recommended.

I would rate it 4stars Hotel, It’s a bit vage when to pay extra for drinks during the meals . the cleaners of the rooms kept the whole day their cleaning stations in the hallways Personel is very friendly. There is no visible shopping for local products in the hotel . The outside pool is more than awesome

This was a random but excellent find for a two days mountain and wellness break. Enjoyed the location, the view, the room the spa the very cool outdoor infinity pool, the sauna and its relax room. The staff were nice, breakfast excellent. The all-inclusive concept with Jause, free minibar, guest-card with free cable car use worked very nicely for us. Yes, we would have loved to stay two nights instead of only.
