I really was surprised at how bad my stay was but I’ll preface in saying a complaint to Hilton corporate led to a points credit so, it ended well. I had arrived to a room not totally cleaned with the toilet unclean, and switched to a lesser sized room which also had dirty elements - specifically, hair on the bathroom floor and a very tiny shower. Further the laundry room smart system, which albeit is run by another company, is faulty and I ended up paying for 4 loads when I ran… 1. Can’t even get a response from the company so I have to wait for my credit card to process so I can do a chargeback.
