I have never stayed there since booked for the wrong month. No refunded.

My family wasn’t planning any long trip for the Fourth of July weekend but Priceline e-mailed us a discount coupon to use for booking a hotel. We stayed for one night (2019_0704/05). I checked in around 3pm. The guy who checked me in asked a bunch of questions. (FYI: Provide license plate number.) And also, received a breakfast ticket. During booking, we requested to have two double beds. The room also includes a refrigerator and microwave. The microwave was placed on top of a table, which was kind of inconvenient because there was no table space left to place anything. The cleaning ladies were nice, but maybe they need to do a better job wiping because the table area and the cabinet still had visible dust particles. The bathroom was clean, but the tub is pretty slippery, so be careful not to slip and fall! The bed was comfortable to sleep on. Friday’s breakfast hours are from 6:30 to 9:30am. Not exactly sure why during check-in, they handed out breakfast ticket because when I went to get food, no one asked me for it nor did I know what to do with it. A female worker was standing around monitoring. The breakfast included eggs (scrambles/ hard-boiled) and sausage patties, cereal (cinnamon raisin/ froot loops), juices (apple and orange), toast, mini bagels, muffins, croissants, and coffee (hot chocolate/ green teas). Even though check out time is 11am, I checked out at 10am. During check out, Kevin asked how my stay was and then asked me to review on TripAdvisor!

So nice room, pillows and bed! Thr rooms are very neat! I'm a Filipino and very particular with cleanliness. Quality Inn here at 50 Britannia Rd East is 10/10. We also love the staff and the receptionist, Nav who is very hospitable and Kush from the buffet as well. Good breakfast too!
