I recently stayed for two days at the executive level. As always, the service from the staff was excellent — friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. As a regular guest on the executive lounge floor, however, I did notice a decline in the food selection and quality at the lounge compared to previous visits.
In terms of the room, I encountered a few maintenance issues. Two USB ports beside the bed were not working, the “Do Not Disturb” light indicator is faulty. I reported these issues to one stop service and authorised the maintenance team to enter the room for repairs while I was out. Unfortunately, upon my return, I found that the “Do Not Disturb” indicator is still not functioning and the USB ports remained unusable. I also found my room safe box is not working. I hope these maintenance concerns can be addressed promptly, as I truly enjoy staying at this property and look forward to seeing improvements on my next visit.
