The room are very clean and the hotel services are excellent. I will come back to this hotel for my next trip to Miri. Besides, the parking are very convenience too with the auto parking facility.

A big shout to Nicholas from front desk who was able to accommodate to my early check in request needs. Also big mention to June who was on duty executive lounge. She was very attentive to my needs and also facilitated maintenance team to replace my faulty safe box. Overall my stay was a great and pleasant one with exception of stained on bedsheet.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The accommodation quit nice and the room was large. But there is a couple of issues. First, I was able to hear a noise from the room next door. Also, I was disappointed to find the amenities provided only for one person instead of two. But overall, I enjoyed my time.

I recently had a one-night stay at Jinhold Hotel and Apartment in Miri during a transit stop, and here is my review: Strengths: -Affordable and Budget-Friendly: At just SGD 60 per night, this hotel offers excellent value for travelers seeking convenience without breaking the bank. -Prime Location with Exceptional Accessibility: The hotel is ideally located directly across from Miri Airport, making it a perfect choice for transit travelers or those with early flights. The complimentary hourly shuttle van service was especially helpful. For our 8 AM flight, we needed to be at the airport by 6 AM for check-in and baggage drop, and the shuttle service provided seamless transportation without the hassle of arranging additional transport. -Secure Parking Facilities: An added benefit was the option to rent a parking space in the hotel’s basement. We opted to leave our car there at a reasonable rate of RM53 per night. The facility was secure, giving us peace of mind while we were away. -Spacious and Functional Accommodations: The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with the essential amenities one would expect from a transit hotel. While the facilities were simple, they were practical and met our basic needs comfortably. Areas for Improvement: -Elevator Reliability: One of the elevators presented some issues during our stay. It lacked air-conditioning, and its performance was somewhat erratic. Upon our return to pick up our car, we noted that the same elevator was out of service entirely, which was inconvenient for guests needing access to the basement parking. -Bed Design Flaws: The bed’s structure could use significant improvement. It consisted of two mattresses placed on a wooden platform, but the edges of the mattresses tended to tilt outward. This created an unstable sleeping experience and gave the impression that one might roll off the bed if not positioned carefully. Conclusion: Overall, Jinhold Hotel and Apartment is a highly convenient and budget-conscious option for transit travelers. Its proximity to Miri Airport, coupled with the free shuttle service and secure parking facilities, makes it an appealing choice. Despite minor issues with the elevator and bed design, the practicality and affordability outweigh these drawbacks. I would consider staying here again for the convenience it provides.

El hotel es un hotel muy agradable y confortable, y nos acoge con satisfacción el chico de la campana que nos ayuda con el equipaje con grandes sonrisas y saludos. El escritorio del frente nos pide con alegría que nos descansen en el lobby o que podamos ir a comprar cerca mientras esperaba que la habitación estuviera lista ( estabamos tempranos). ¡Nos dan mucho agua para beber para asegurarnos de que nos quedamos hidratados! La piscina es grande y agradable ( tienen varias piscinas de bebé, y una gran piscina con diferentes profundidades). Es agradable porque también nos ofrecen una cena complementaria para 2 ( nuestra reserva viene con desayuno para 3 adultos, el niño es adicional RM30). Me gustaría complementar el personal del restaurante - Rita, que nos ha dado la máxima hospitalidad y flexibilidad al pedir que empacemos comida para ir en lugar de cenar ( cena). En general, me impresiona esta hospitalidad de 5 estrellas de Marriott.

The place was just nice, near to the shopping centre.They should improve the car park area, need to provide parking lot for hotel guests only, it's took me a hour to find available parking, especially during lunch time. For the room,there are cockroaches in my room. Luckily they move us to the nicer room. But there's noisy from the construction outside during rest time. So far i like this hotel, nice breakfast as well.

This hotel is modern and in a great location. We stayed here as we were attending a nearby wedding and the full length mirror in the room was really handy. This hotel is right next to street of street food vendors and nearby the very delicious Cafe 63. I would totally recommend this hotel to anybody who visits Miri.

El hotel está situado en la ciudad, conectado a 2 tiendas y a una distancia de paseo de muchas buenas comidas locales. Apartamentos espaciales están fechados pero perfectamente viables. Las habitaciones del hotel han sido renovadas y muy agradables.

Lock on our door didn't work so were moved to another room with a double bed which was small and very bouncy. Then moved to another room which smelt of cigarette smoke...non-smoking hotel but guests ignore that. Breakfast was okay. Options for Western and Malay tastes. The pool area is lovely to sit out in the evening with a view over the city and ocean in the distance. The staff at this hotel are very helpful, want to make sure you are comfortable and always smiling
