«The hotel is located at the centre of 黑川溫泉區, which is quite rural so highly recommended to go by car. The service is excellent! The staff helped us to park the car and take the luggages up the stairs to our Japanese style family room. We have ordered full board package and both meals are gorgeous. There are many onsens in the hotel which are non-reserved and private, allowing family to enjoy onsen together. One drawback is that there are many stairs so elderly might have to take it into consideration.»

«一直都聽説山水木很好，但不知道居然這麼好。 環境：山水木不在黑川温泉小鎮裏，是在附近比較幽靜的山裡。 房間設定：雖然我們訂的房間沒有私湯，但房間很大：有客廳、有可以連接藍牙的電視、有泡茶室；既有現代的床、也有榻榻米。 温泉：因為是同一個老闆，山水木的住客可以去與這家旅館不到100米的深山山莊泡湯。對於露天温泉而言，我們覺得山水木的露天風景比深山山莊更好，除了樹木，還可以看到不遠處的小溪。 温泉裏的水有白色絮絮，是高質量的温泉。泡完後我和朋友幾天的疲憊都少了很多。 服務：工作人員的服務也非常好。在我們到達黑川温泉的前一天，我們預約了山水木的接送服務。在我們到達時，工作人員就幫我們提行李、開車帶我們去山水木。除此外，工作人員還問我們訂了幾點從黑川温泉返程，在得知我們還沒安排好後，工作人員建議我們趕緊預約返程巴士，還幫我們打電話預約。 餐食：每道菜都有對應的介紹，再加上配備不同的餐具，吃起來很有儀式感。飯菜的分量不小，我是一個飯量正常的人，在吃到倒數的幾道菜後就有點飽了。但是是好吃的。»

«From already travelled to another rakuten villa, I came with high expectation. I can definitely say that the villa is on par with the other ones. It has a very big living space, very well cleaned, newly built, plenty of equipments and amenities. I believe what stands out the most is the private Onsen and sauna, which is not offered in many places. Travelers would want to travel here when there is day light, I went during the night and it was pitch black, the road is narrow, windy and uphill which required high level of cautiousness. Overall a highly recommend this place when travelling to nearby region.»

«Ryokan Yumotoso is in a perfect location in the quaint town of Kurokawa. There are about 12 rooms only, hence its quite a quiet and small establishment. Service staff are all great, and the room view is fantastic looking over the beautiful river. The open onsen also overlooks nature, and private onsens are rustic. As per Ryokans, breakfasts and dinners are included, and so far, we have never been disappointed with food in Ryokans, including Yumotoso. Do note that parking lots are limited, and the lane leading to Yumotoso is rather narrow. Would recommend Yumotoso for its great location, fantastic room view and rustic environment.»

«Невероятный ощущения от очень аутентичного рёкана! Хорошее расположение -в центре Курокавы, прямо на берегу речки. Просторный номер в традиционном стиле. Максимально чисто. Было достаточно тепло благодаря кондиционеру, не взирая на то, что на улице было холодно и шел снег. В номере есть свой санузел. Ужин кайсеки не оставил равнодушной - это было как особое событие -все было очень красиво и очень вкусно. Завтрак также хорош. В отеле замечательные купальни - одна из них в пещере. Вода в меру горячая. Все было очень чисто. Спасибо огромное всему персоналу отеля за великолепный отдых -приеду с радостью еще раз.»

«黑川夢龍膽酒店是我這次北九州之行住的最滿意最舒適的一家，酒店地理位置絕佳，車站下來第一家就是他家，從踏入酒店的那一刻起，熱情周到的服務就讓人倍感舒心，前台工作人員笑容滿面，會講中文的小美女細心介紹酒店的各項設施與服務 。酒店的房間別具特色，我們入住的房間內的佈置充滿日式風情，榻榻米柔軟舒適，拉開窗簾，窗外的河景映入眼簾，泡上一杯熱茶，坐在露台的椅子上，聽着潺潺的流水聲，愜意之感油然而生。而且房間十分乾淨，打掃得一塵不染 。酒店晚餐是懷石料理，連住了二晚竟然吃到不同的料理；温泉也是重頭戲，室外温泉邊是鬱鬱葱葱的樹林，泡湯時彷彿與大自然融為一體，身心都得到了極大的放鬆 。最值得一提的是他們的服務周到，我們行程預訂的巴士票因為大雪巴士停運，會中文的小美女瞭解情況後第一時間幫我們聯繫出租車公司預訂出租車，在等出租車時候酒店決定後用他們的物資車送我們去到阿蘇站，解決了我們的燃眉之急。總的來説，黑川夢龍膽酒店性價比很高，無論是泡湯、住宿還是餐飲，都能帶來不錯的體驗。如果有幸還能來黑川一定還住他家，強烈推薦。»

«Best stay! Kurokawa onsen itself was amazing but this stay made it better. I’m vegan and gluten free. With short notice both dinner and breakfast was arranged just like regular Kaiseki style. They were beautiful and delicious. Owner was kind and helpful. Stuff was wonderful. Hot spring was nice both indoor and outdoor. I was sad to leave knowing probably this was the best stay during our trip. Highly recommended!»

Me gusta mucho este tipo de habitación. Imagina abrir la caja fuerte verá un sueño. Reservado sopa privada, cada habitación puede usar 40 minutos, puede abrir la ventana, el exterior es muy frío, pero el agua es muy caliente, se siente cómoda El personal de servicio del hotel puede hablar inglés sencillo, la comunicación no es un problema, sonrisas sonrientes y entusiasmadas para ayudar, muy bien Hay un viejo de la casa, no es conveniente sentar el maíz en la comida, el personal de servicio tomó una silla que puede sentarse en la espalda para que el viejo se sienta cómodo.
