Premier Inn Milton Keynes Central (Avebury Boulevard)

We have been staying in this hotel every week for work and college. As a mum and daughter, we have always felt very safe. The rooms have always been clean and very comfortable. The beds and pillows (plus extras when required) are great. My daughter loves the make up mirror lights! It is also really useful to have the Hdmi socket in the wall under the TV. Without exception, the staff we have come across have been friendly and helpful. On one occasion they even spent 15 minutes looking for lost air pods (that were later discovered in my car!) The location of the hotel is ideal. It is near to the restaurants and shops, but not so close as to get disturbance. Parking is a bit of an issue, but the staff are very helpful in explaining where you can park and there is also limited free parking right outside the hotel if you are lucky.

No hot water in room 404 evening or day, nobody answers the phone, not good for a new hotel. Need better maintenence, staff friendly, helpfull. Cold water in basin and shower. Couldn't even shave, ended up boiling kettles, Parking unclear and a nightmare. Stayed here numerous times but this really is the lowest point.

Super efficient check in by Miihaella friendly and helpful. Great on site bar & restaurant with a super lunch menu! Rooms are spotlessly clean and very well presented. Less than 5 min walk from Central Railway station and 10 mins walk from city centre.

Great nights sleep. Stayed for 2 nights, was really quiet but close to all the amenities. Hotel bar and restaurant had a nice atmosphere and the inclusive breakfast was lovely. Jennifer and Jamei were lovely on the desk, friendly and helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay

Parking is a big problem, I wouldn't stay again for this reason. Can't park between 7AM-8:30AM, there is red bays which you can park but these we're full and so was the hotel car park.

After travelling for three days with six hours sleep total, I checked into this premier inn. The hotel and room was clean and clean and presented. Verea at reception was exceptionally welcoming and friendly. Would recommend a stay here again!

TV turned on by itself both nights. Reception siad they would send someone to help, they never arrived,

Modern facilities, great location, easy check in, and very friendly staff. To sum up, it is truly a value for money offering.
