Bed great .Breakfast not value for money as on second day no poached egg and only two rashers of bacon left. Location and parking great. Free WiFi very slow'

Perfect stay, clean and fresh rooms, breakfast was delicious again clean environment. Staff on shift were amazing, massive thank you to Debbie she was friendly and had such a welcoming smile and greeting. Thank you for a lovely stay!

What a fantastic place to stay. The location is just amazing, the hotel is very clean, the staff are all friendly, whether it’s check in, cleaning, or breakfast. Although there’s one lovely lady, I think she’s called Chelsea, who seems to do a bit of everything 😂The breakfast is great, and the chef cooked poached eggs on request for some of our group. There’s nothing not to like. The adjacent smokehouse was really nice too, as was the pub up the road. (The Plough). We visited Bletchley Park just up the road. This place is an ideal base but also just a great place to stay.

A good premier inn in a great position within parkland. The bed was comfortable but unfortunately it was a warm humid night, and as there is no aircon and the velux windows don't open, it was too hot to be comfortable. Breakfast was a different story. I am gluten allergic and when I arrived for breakfast I met Debs who appeared to be running the breakfasting room. She was absolutely marvellous. She did far more for me than anywhere else I've ever eaten. She rewiped the table for me...she washed cutlery for me to use. She washed a cup for me. She then asked what I would like to eat and ensured that the kitchen was aware that I am gluten-free. She collected my food from the kitchen and brought it to my table. She is a great asset to Premier Inn and I understand from her that the staff receive monthly allergy training. This hotel certainly takes that seriously. It is good for me to know this. This is one of the nicest Premier Inns we have stayed at. Staff are extremely friendly. The room has a balcony over looking the lake. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Comfortable bed. Everything you need for a good stay. It does overlook the motorway and that can be a little noisy but with the door and windows closed, you can’t really hear it! The breakfast is great and the breakfast area is really organised! All other Premier Inns should benchmark their breakfast area on this one! Anyway, I would recommend this Hotel to stay in if you are visiting MK.

Lovely lake side hotel with our room having the view of the swans and ducks in the lake. Clean rooms with the basic facilities. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Dinner at hickory was excellent. BreKfast was the best part with hot food and excellent service
